Les canaux digitaux sont-ils un passage oblig\u00e9?\u00a0Randstad a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 11.000 r\u00e9pondants si la num\u00e9risation a facilit\u00e9 leur d\u00e9marche au cours de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e. La r\u00e9ponse est positive, \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9vidence, m\u00eame si les canaux de recrutement traditionnels conservent une position enviable.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Selon l&rsquo;\u00e9tude, un r\u00e9pondant sur trois (34%) a\u00a0opt\u00e9 pour la voie digitale afin de trouver un emploi. Une proportion qui passe \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 chez les jeunes (-25).\u00a0Parmi ceux qui se sont r\u00e9orient\u00e9s, 13% ont trouv\u00e9 un emploi, les 21% restants n&rsquo;en ont pas d\u00e9croch\u00e9. La principale question qui se pose est de savoir comment les int\u00e9ress\u00e9s se sont r\u00e9orient\u00e9s, et par quel biais ils ont trouv\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Voie priv\u00e9e, voie publique ?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>En 2017, VDAB\/Actiris\/Forem repr\u00e9sente le canal de recherche le plus utilis\u00e9 (56%). Cette proportion est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e chez les femmes que chez les hommes (60 vs 52%). En termes d&rsquo;\u00e2ge, les diff\u00e9rences sont t\u00e9nues. Les moins qualifi\u00e9s sont \u00e9galement plus nombreux \u00e0 recourir aux agences publiques pour l&#8217;emploi (63%), m\u00eame si le taux est \u00e9galement \u00e9lev\u00e9 chez les plus haut qualifi\u00e9s (52%).<br \/>\nLes agences publiques sont suivies par les candidatures spontan\u00e9es et les canaux num\u00e9riques (49 et 42%). Curieusement, le nombre d&rsquo;utilisateurs des canaux num\u00e9riques augmente l\u00e9g\u00e8rement avec l&rsquo;\u00e2ge (39% chez les -25, 45% chez les 45+).<\/p>\n<p>Viennent ensuite les agences d&rsquo;int\u00e9rim (37%), les annonces papier (36%) et la famille, les amis et connaissances (31%). Les bureaux d&rsquo;int\u00e9rim sont principalement approch\u00e9s par les jeunes (43%) et les faiblement qualifi\u00e9s (48%). Le pourcentage atteint n\u00e9anmoins 30% chez les personnes hautement qualifi\u00e9es.<br \/>\nLes agences de recrutement et de s\u00e9lection obtiennent \u00e9galement le score honorable de 27%.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 diff\u00e9rente pour obtenir vraiment un emploi.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Traditionnellement, le canal d&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;un emploi pr\u00e9sente une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 diff\u00e9rente.<br \/>\nCe sont les candidatures spontan\u00e9es qui affichent le meilleur score (18%), suivies de VDAB\/Actiris (15%), des r\u00e9seaux personnels (14%) et des agences d&rsquo;int\u00e9rim (13%). Les canaux num\u00e9riques (plateformes, sites d&rsquo;offres d&#8217;emploi et autres) ne viennent qu&rsquo;apr\u00e8s (11%). Les agences de recrutement et de s\u00e9lection (6%) ainsi que les bonnes vieilles annonces papier ferment la marche (5%).<\/p>\n<p>Jan Denys, sp\u00e9cialiste du march\u00e9 du travail chez Randstad : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Si l&rsquo;impact des canaux num\u00e9riques sur le march\u00e9 du travail n&rsquo;est donc pas n\u00e9gligeable, il ne doit pas \u00eatre exag\u00e9r\u00e9 pour autant (du moins jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent). Notons d&rsquo;ailleurs que le pourcentage n&rsquo;est pas plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que la moyenne chez les jeunes (9%). Pr\u00e9cisons n\u00e9anmoins que les canaux publics et priv\u00e9s traditionnels sont eux aussi partiellement num\u00e9ris\u00e9s. L&rsquo;impact total de la num\u00e9risation ne se limite donc pas aux canaux strictement num\u00e9riques.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><br \/>\nSi l&rsquo;on compare les canaux publics et priv\u00e9s (hors canaux num\u00e9riques), la balance penche l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en faveur des canaux priv\u00e9s.
