La Pr\u00e9vision Nette d\u2019Emploi \u2013 obtenue en faisant la diff\u00e9rence entre ces deux pourcentages est donc\u00a0en hausse de 3 points par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Le\u00a0Barom\u00e8tre de l&#8217;emploi de Manpowergroup confirme l\u2019optimisme affich\u00e9 par d\u2019autres indicateurs \u00e9conomiques : l\u2019\u00e9conomie belge continue \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des emplois.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les cr\u00e9ations d\u2019emplois concernent principalement le secteur marchand. Cependant, des efforts doivent encore \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s au niveau du taux d\u2019emploi en Belgique (**). Avec 67,2% nous sommes nettement en-dessous de la moyenne europ\u00e9ennne (70%). Avec de fortes diff\u00e9rences au niveau r\u00e9gional : 71,9% en Flandre, 61,5% en Wallonie et 58,7% \u00e0 Bruxelles.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Intentions de recrutement au plus haut depuis plus de quatre ans \u00e0 Bruxelles<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les perspectives sont encourageantes dans la R\u00e9gion Bruxelles-Capitale. Pas moins de 10% des employeurs sond\u00e9s \u00e0 Bruxelles pr\u00e9voient d\u2019augmenter leurs effectifs au cours du 3e trimestre. La Pr\u00e9vision Nette d\u2019Emploi atteint la valeur optimiste de +7. Le climat d\u2019embauche n\u2019avait plus \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi favorable dans la r\u00e9gion de Bruxelles-Capitale depuis le 1er trimestre 2013. C\u2019est un contraste important avec la stagnation attendue en Wallonie (+0), tandis que les pr\u00e9visions d\u2019emploi reste mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment positives en Flandre (+4).<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Neuf secteurs sur dix en positif<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cette tendance positive se v\u00e9rifie \u00e9galement au niveau sectoriel. Les employeurs de neuf secteurs sur dix \u2013 contre six l\u2019an dernier \u2013 anticipent une activit\u00e9 de recrutement positive au cours du 3e trimestre 2017. Le climat d\u2019embauche devrait \u00eatre dynamique dans les secteurs de la Finance, de l\u2019assurance, de l\u2019immobilier et des services aux entreprises (+9) et dans le secteur du Transport et de la logistique (+8, la pr\u00e9vision la plus optimiste depuis plus de 5 ans). Les pr\u00e9visions sont \u00e9galement favorables (+5) dans quatre autres secteurs : Commerce de gros et de d\u00e9tail, Construction, Industries extractives et Services publics, \u00e9ducation, sant\u00e9 et services collectifs. Seuls les employeurs de l\u2019Industrie manufacturi\u00e8re (-2) se montrent moins confiants.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>La tendance positive se mantient au niveau mondial<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Au niveau mondial, les r\u00e9sultats s\u2019inscrivent dans la continuit\u00e9 de ceux observ\u00e9s lors du trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Ils sont positifs dans 41 pays et territoires sur 43. Le Japon (au plus haut depuis 2007) et Taiwan arrivent en t\u00eate (+24), suivis par la Hongrie (+20), les Etats-Unis (+17) et Hong Kong (+15). Les employeurs se montrent h\u00e9sitants en Inde (+14, son niveau le plus bas depuis que le lancement de de l\u2019\u00e9tude dans ce pays en 2005), tandis que les pr\u00e9visions sont en-dessous des attentes en Chine (+4). Au Br\u00e9sil (+2), l\u2019embellie entrevue depuis quelque temps se confirme, si bien que les employeurs du pays affichent des intentions d\u2019embauche positives pour la toute premi\u00e8re fois en plus de deux ans. A l\u2019inverse, les pr\u00e9visions sont n\u00e9gatives pour le troisi\u00e8me trimestre cons\u00e9cutif en Italie (-2).<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>R\u00e9silience en Europe<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 les incertitudes li\u00e9es \u00e0 la tenue r\u00e9cente ou imminente de plusieurs \u00e9lections majeures, mais aussi aux n\u00e9gociations autour du Brexit, les employeurs font montre de r\u00e9silience et anticipent des hausses d\u2019effectifs dans 23 pays sur les 25 sond\u00e9s dans la r\u00e9gion EMEA. C\u2019est en Hongrie (+20), en Turquie (+15) et en Roumanie (+14) que les perspectives d\u2019emploi sont les plus prometteuses. En Allemagne (+7), aux Pays-Bas (+6) et au Royaume-Uni (+5), le volume d\u2019embauche devrait rester similaire \u00e0 celui observ\u00e9 lors du trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Les employeurs belges (+4) montrent le m\u00eame degr\u00e9 d\u2019optimisme que leurs homologues en Espagne ou en Suisse.
