Plus de 60% d&rsquo;entre eux consid\u00e8rent la disruption comme une chance et non comme une menace pour leur entreprise.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le Global CEO Outlook 2017, une enqu\u00eate annuelle conduite par KPMG aupr\u00e8s de plus de mille CEO \u00e0 travers le monde, montre que 65% des chefs d&rsquo;entreprise ont confiance dans la remont\u00e9e de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie mondiale. Plus de six CEO sur dix consid\u00e8rent la disruption comme une chance et non pas comme une menace pour leur entreprise. Un point frappant de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate Outlook 2017 est l&rsquo;influence grandissante du climat g\u00e9opolitique sur les choix et d\u00e9cisions que les responsables doivent prendre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Plus de six CEO sur dix (65%) consid\u00e8rent la disruption avant tout comme une opportunit\u00e9 et non pas comme une menace. Trois CEO sur quatre (74%) disent que leur entreprise doit r\u00e9agir \u00e0 ce d\u00e9fi au sein de leur secteur.\u00a0Plus de huit CEO sur dix (83%) ont pleinement confiance dans les perspectives de croissance de leur entreprise dans les trois ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.<br \/>\nPratiquement sept CEO sur dix (68%) disent qu&rsquo;ils d\u00e9veloppent leurs comp\u00e9tences professionnelles et qualit\u00e9s personnelles.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Quels sont les risques mentionn\u00e9s par les dirigeants cette ann\u00e9e?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;une des plus grandes pr\u00e9occupations est le danger d&rsquo;un pr\u00e9judice port\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9putation ou \u00e0 la marque de l&rsquo;entreprise. Alors que ce risque ne faisait pas partie du top 10 en 2016, il se trouve en 2017 \u00e0 la troisi\u00e8me place.<br \/>\nLa cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9tait la pr\u00e9occupation num\u00e9ro un en 2016. Cette ann\u00e9e, elle occupe la cinqui\u00e8me place. Ceci indique surtout que les entreprises ont fourni de gros efforts en mati\u00e8re de cybersecurit\u00e9: 42% des CEO disent que leur entreprise est capable de r\u00e9agir ad\u00e9quatement (l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e, ils n&rsquo;\u00e9taient que 25%).<\/p>\n<p>43% des CEO indiquent que les r\u00e9centes \u00e9volutions concernant la mondialisation et le protectionnisme ont un impact sur l&rsquo;ancrage international de leur entreprise.<br \/>\nPlus de la moiti\u00e9 (52%) disent que le paysage politique exerce une plus grande influence sur leur entreprise que lors des ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes.<br \/>\nPresqu&rsquo;un chef d&rsquo;entreprise sur trois (31%) est d&rsquo;avis que les mesures protectionnistes vont augmenter dans son pays.<\/p>\n<p><em>Source :\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0Global CEO 2017\u00a0\u00bb &#8211; KPMG<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bon \u00e0 savoir !
