Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par\u00a0la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 bruxelloise d\u2019\u00e9dition de logiciels de gestion RH, Youman Capital.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La loi, qui pourrait \u00eatre d\u2019application en Islande en 2020, obligera les entreprises des secteurs public et priv\u00e9 \u00e0 appliquer un traitement salarial \u00e9galitaire entre les hommes et les femmes fournissant un travail de m\u00eame valeur,\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> souligne Reggy-Charles Degen \u00ab\u00a0<em>sans compter que les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s employant au moins 25 personnes devront obtenir une certification attestant qu\u2019une telle politique \u00e9galitaire est bel et bien op\u00e9rationnelle chez elles.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Le logiciel r\u00e9pond aux attentes des organisations soucieuses de mettre en place une politique salariale \u00e9quitable. Cela passe par des crit\u00e8res objectifs et une n\u00e9cessaire transparence pouvant \u00eatre audit\u00e9s par des contr\u00f4leurs internes ou externes. C\u2019est donc un outil \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer pour assurer une \u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement entre les femmes et les hommes, m\u00eame s\u2019il ne peut prendre en compte les id\u00e9es pr\u00e9con\u00e7ues que nous pouvons tous avoir quand il est question du genre des personnes (le biais de genre)\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, commente Isabella Lenarduzzi, la fondatrice de JUMP.<\/p>\n<p>Pour remplir sa mission, ce logiciel est en mesure de d\u00e9terminer les augmentations de salaire sur la base de la valeur de march\u00e9 des r\u00f4les (soit les fonctions) des collaborateurs, de leur package salarial \u00e0 un moment d\u00e9termin\u00e9 et de leur \u00e9valuation combinant trois dimensions : la performance (prise en compte du pass\u00e9), la comp\u00e9tence (prise en compte du pr\u00e9sent), et le talent (prise en compte du futur) ; le talent \u00e9tant synonyme de potentiel.<\/p>\n<p>Les augmentations salariales successives sont g\u00e9r\u00e9es par l\u2019application Reward Advisory Tool, mais seulement dans le cadre d\u2019une politique salariale d\u2019entreprise d\u00e9passant les cas individuels.\u00a0Ainsi, l\u2019application calcule les augmentations \u00e0 appliquer pour l\u2019ensemble des collaborateurs d\u2019une organisation en fonction de leur salaire du moment, de leur profil sp\u00e9cifique de r\u00f4le, des attentes professionnelles qu\u2019ils ont rencontr\u00e9es et des niveaux de performance, de comp\u00e9tence et de talent (soit le potentiel) qu\u2019ils ont atteints. Et tout cela dans le respect du cadre l\u00e9gal s\u2019imposant aux entreprises dans les pays o\u00f9 elles op\u00e8rent.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce faire, les d\u00e9veloppeurs ont\u00a0d\u00e9fini et int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans l\u2019algorithme de l\u2019application un ensemble de crit\u00e8res qualifiant pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ces diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments et niveaux.
