L\u2019accord est donc d\u2019application. Il pr\u00e9voit une marge salariale de 1,1% octroy\u00e9e \u00e0 tous les travailleurs du secteur.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La CNE s&rsquo;est abstenue pour le moment. Elle annonce qu&rsquo;elle <em>\u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9cidera, apr\u00e8s nouvelle consultation, de signer ou non celui-ci. Si on peut se f\u00e9liciter que la marge salariale de 1,1% est bien octroy\u00e9e \u00e0 tous les travailleurs du secteur, nous \u00e9mettons cependant des r\u00e9serves sur la mani\u00e8re dont cette augmentation de salaire peut \u00eatre octroy\u00e9e sous forme d\u2019avantage \u00e9quivalent. Nous consid\u00e9rons qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas de garanties suffisantes quant au fait qu\u2019en cas d\u2019avantage \u00e9quivalent ou modalit\u00e9s propres \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise, l\u2019augmentation sera bien octroy\u00e9e d\u00e8s le 1er octobre et de mani\u00e8re \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 chaque travailleur.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Que retrouvons-nous dans ce nouvel accord?<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<strong><em>Pouvoir d\u2019achat :<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 1,1% d\u2019augmentation des bar\u00e8mes et des salaires r\u00e9els au 1er octobre 2017<br \/>\n\u2022 Possibilit\u00e9 de transformation en avantage \u00e9quivalent aux conditions suivantes :<br \/>\nS\u2019il y a une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation syndicale dans l\u2019entreprise : accord en entreprise au plus tard le 30 septembre 2017.<br \/>\nEntreprises sans d\u00e9l\u00e9gation syndicale : l\u2019employeur informe les employ\u00e9s par \u00e9crit et individuellement de l\u2019application de l\u2019avantage \u00e9quivalent au moment du paiement du salaire d\u2019octobre 2017<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Formation :<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Prolongation de la convention actuelle pour 1 an c\u00e0d 2 jours de formation en 2018.<br \/>\n\u2022 Mise en place d\u2019un groupe de travail pour finaliser d\u2019ici fin 2017 une nouvelle convention formation pour 2019 portant sur le nombre de jours de formation \u00e0 octroyer, le contenu de la formation, la proc\u00e9dure, le droit individuel et collectif.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Fin de carri\u00e8re :<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n\u2022 Reconduction de la Convention RCC (pr\u00e9pension) m\u00e9tiers lourds, 20 ans travail de nuit \u2013 33 ans de carri\u00e8re, 10 ans d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 dans l\u2019entreprise<br \/>\n\u2022 Convention RCC (pr\u00e9pension) longues carri\u00e8res \u2013 40 ans de carri\u00e8res \u2013 10 ans d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 dans l\u2019entreprise<br \/>\n=&gt; Pour ces deux conventions l\u2019\u00e2ge est de 58 ans en 2017 \u2013 59 ans en 2018<br \/>\n\u2022 Pour rappel la Convention RCC (pr\u00e9pension) \u00e0 60 ans reste possible jusqu\u2019au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2017, Convention conclue en juin 2015 \u2013 33 ans de carri\u00e8re pour les femmes \u2013 40 ans de carri\u00e8re pour les hommes<br \/>\n\u2022 Reconduction de la Convention Cr\u00e9dit- temps 55 ans \u2013 longue carri\u00e8re \u2013 m\u00e9tier lourd 1\/5\u00e8me et extension du droit au 1\/2 temps \u2013<br \/>\nLe compl\u00e9ment pour les r\u00e9ductions 1\/5\u00e8me \u00e0 partir de 55 ans est reconduit.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Cr\u00e9dit-temps :<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Reconduction de la Convention et extension de 48 \u00e0 51mois pour motifs de soins \u2013 si 5 ans d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 dans l\u2019entreprise \u2013 36 mois pour motif de formation<br \/>\n\u2022 Droit \u00e0 24 mois si moins de 5 ans d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 dans l\u2019entreprise<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Mobilit\u00e9 :<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Intervention dans les frais de d\u00e9placement des employ\u00e9s qui utilisent leurs propres moyens de transport, celle-ci est limit\u00e9e aux employ\u00e9es dont la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration annuelle brute ne d\u00e9passe pas 27.750\u20ac, le plafond est donc index\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : CNE<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;accord sectoriel de la CP200 a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 le 15 juin dernier par le banc patronal et l\u2019ensemble des organisations syndicales \u00e0 l\u2019exception de la CNE.
