Il a en effet approuv\u00e9 le projet d&rsquo;arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal qui ex\u00e9cute les d\u00e9cisions prises par les partenaires sociaux dans le cadre de l\u2019accord interprofessionnel 2017\u20132018, pour ce qui concerne le r\u00e9gime de ch\u00f4mage avec compl\u00e9ment d\u2019entreprise.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>Les modifications apport\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal du 3 mai 2007 sont les suivantes :<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 pour le travail de nuit, les m\u00e9tiers lourds et les carri\u00e8res longues, l\u2019\u00e2ge d\u2019acc\u00e8s au r\u00e9gime de ch\u00f4mage avec compl\u00e9ment d&rsquo;entreprise (RCC) passera \u00e0 59 ans en 2018<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 en cas de reconnaissance d\u2019entreprise en difficult\u00e9 ou en restructuration, cet \u00e2ge sera port\u00e9 \u00e0 56 ans \u00e0 partir de 2017<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 en cas de dispense de disponibilit\u00e9 :<br \/>\n&#8211; pour le travail de nuit, les m\u00e9tiers lourds et les carri\u00e8res longues, l\u2019\u00e2ge d\u2019acc\u00e8s au RCC passera \u00e0 61 ans en 2018 et \u00e0 62 ans, \u00e0 partir de 2019<br \/>\n-en cas de reconnaissance d\u2019entreprise en difficult\u00e9 ou en restructuration, cet \u00e2ge sera port\u00e9 \u00e0 61 ans \u00e0 partir de 2017 ou 39 ans de pass\u00e9 professionnel seront requis<\/p>\n<p>Le projet est transmis pour avis au Conseil d&rsquo;Etat.<\/p>\n<p><em>Projet d\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal modifiant l&rsquo;arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal du 3 mai 2007 fixant le r\u00e9gime de ch\u00f4mage avec compl\u00e9ment d\u2019entreprise, ex\u00e9cutant l\u2019accord interprofessionnel 2017-2018<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Source : SPF Chancellerie du Premier Ministre<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le Conseil des Ministres vient de valider les modifications \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation concernant le r\u00e9gime de ch\u00f4mage avec compl\u00e9ment d&rsquo;entreprise.
