Celle-ci se penche sur la r\u00e9partition des r\u00f4les entre la finance, les RH et l&rsquo;informatique pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins d&rsquo;une organisation toujours plus connect\u00e9e, engag\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;automatisation du cloud.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Oracle et MIT Technology Review publient une nouvelle \u00e9tude qui souligne l&rsquo;importance de la collaboration entre les \u00e9quipes de la finance et des ressources humaines (RH) au sein d&rsquo;un cloud unifi\u00e9. Intitul\u00e9e <strong><em>\u201cFinance and HR: The Cloud&rsquo;s New Power Partnership\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, cette \u00e9tude montre comment une approche globale des informations trait\u00e9es par les finances et les RH, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie cloud, permet aux entreprises de mieux g\u00e9rer les changements qu&rsquo;elles doivent constamment mettre en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<p>Bas\u00e9e sur une enqu\u00eate mondiale men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 700 hauts dirigeants et responsables de la finance, des RH et de l&rsquo;informatique, cette \u00e9tude montre qu&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me cloud partag\u00e9 par la finance et les RH constitue un \u00e9l\u00e9ment critique pour la r\u00e9ussite des projets de transformation cloud. Cette int\u00e9gration des syst\u00e8mes de gestion op\u00e9rationnelle (ERP) et de gestion du capital humain (HCM) facilite notamment le suivi et la pr\u00e9vision des co\u00fbts de personnels dans le cadre de l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration des budgets. Cette int\u00e9gration des systemes HCM et ERP cloud am\u00e9liore \u00e9galement la collaboration entre les diff\u00e9rents services, avec 37% des r\u00e9pondants signalant que le cloud les aide \u00e0 mieux partager les donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Impact positif sur la capacit\u00e9 de changement.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le rapport r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00e9galement les facteurs humains conditionnant la r\u00e9ussite de l&rsquo;impl\u00e9mentation d&rsquo;un cloud, avec en premier lieu la capacit\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s \u00e0 s&rsquo;adapter aux changements. Parmi les entreprises ayant totalement d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 le cloud, pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 (46%) affirment avoir constat\u00e9 une am\u00e9lioration significative de leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9organiser ou \u00e0 redimensionner leur organisation, ce que confirment 47% des hauts dirigeants ayant r\u00e9pondu.<\/p>\n<p>Les avantages sont \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s nets en mati\u00e8re de productivit\u00e9. Pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un tiers des r\u00e9pondants (31%) d\u00e9clarent que depuis le passage au cloud on perd moins de temps \u00e0 effectuer des t\u00e2ches manuelles dans leur service, et que l&rsquo;automatisation des processus a lib\u00e9r\u00e9 du temps qui peut \u00eatre consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 des priorit\u00e9s plus strat\u00e9giques.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cLa finance et les RH sont de plus en plus \u00e0 l&rsquo;initiative des transformations strat\u00e9giques des organisations. Dans ce contexte, le retour sur investissement provient non seulement des \u00e9conomies financi\u00e8res, mais aussi des nouvelles informations et de la visibilit\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;entreprise que le cloud apporte aux RH et aux finances. Le facteur humain constitue toujours la cl\u00e9 de la r\u00e9ussite d&rsquo;une entreprise. Il n&rsquo;est donc pas \u00e9tonnant de constater que les responsables de la finance et des RH sont les v\u00e9ritables moteurs des projets de transformation cloud,\u201d<\/em> d\u00e9clare Steve Cox, Vice Pr\u00e9sident Groupe ERP EPM Product Marketing chez Oracle. <em>\u201cPar ailleurs, l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de la collaboration entre les diff\u00e9rents services va permettre aux entreprises de mieux g\u00e9rer les changements qui s&rsquo;annoncent et de constituer une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la transformation cloud du reste de leur organisation.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Collaboration renforc\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cette enqu\u00eate r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00e9galement que les fronti\u00e8res entre les fonctions et les r\u00f4les se brouillent de plus en plus, car le cloud rapproche les diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes du back-office :\u00a046% des professionnels de la finance et des RH affirment que le d\u00e9ploiement complet du cloud a permis d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la collaboration entre les services, et pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 pr\u00e9voient encore une am\u00e9lioration significative au cours des deux prochaines ann\u00e9es.<br \/>\nCette tendance concerne aussi l&rsquo;informatique. 52% des hauts dirigeants affirment que les relations entre l&rsquo;informatique, les RH et les finances se sont am\u00e9lior\u00e9es suite \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre du cloud, et bien mieux que pr\u00e9vu.<\/p>\n<p>Les nouveaux r\u00f4les des professionnels des RH et de la finance leur imposent de travailler de fa\u00e7on plus \u00e9troite avec les donn\u00e9es et le cloud. 43% des entreprises pr\u00e9voient donc d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer du personnel informatique au sein de ces services pour aider les \u00e9quipes concern\u00e9es \u00e0 tirer le meilleur parti des nouvelles technologies.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Nouvelles comp\u00e9tences.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9pondants ont indiqu\u00e9 vouloir am\u00e9liorer leurs comp\u00e9tences dans plusieurs domaines :<br \/>\n&#8211; Gestion du temps (40% des r\u00e9pondants signalent un probl\u00e8me dans ce domaine).<br \/>\n&#8211; Apprentissage actif.<br \/>\n&#8211; R\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes, raisonnement math\u00e9matique et analyse.<\/p>\n<p>La fonction informatique \u00e9volue aussi.
