Nous pourrions m\u00eame les qualifier de rassurants&#8230; Profitons de cette occasion pour mettre en \u00e9vidence la prise de pouvoir des outils digitaux dans la promotion de la marque employeur de nos entreprises.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En effet, le groupe RH s&rsquo;est int\u00e9ress\u00e9 \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont le public s&rsquo;enquiert des marques d&#8217;employeur et se forge une id\u00e9e des employeurs potentiels. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les r\u00e9ponses au questionnaire r\u00e9v\u00e8lent la grande importance d\u00e9volue aux canaux num\u00e9riques, m\u00eame si les sources plus traditionnelles sont encore loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre supplant\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, nuance-t-il.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Place au digital.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Le site Internet de l&rsquo;entreprise ou organisation en question est le principal canal de v\u00e9rification de la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 de l&#8217;employeur (43% &#8211; mais seulement 31% chez les profils moins qualifi\u00e9s).<br \/>\n\u2022 On retrouve en deuxi\u00e8me position l&rsquo;avis de la famille et des amis (42%). Un chiffre qui grimpe encore chez les femmes (46%) et les jeunes (50%).<br \/>\n\u2022 L&rsquo;annonce g\u00e9n\u00e9rale dans les m\u00e9dias reste une source importante pour v\u00e9rifier la marque d&#8217;employeur. 24% des r\u00e9pondants s&rsquo;en informent via la presse papier, 35% sur Internet.<br \/>\n\u2022 Les r\u00e9seaux sociaux jouent \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9. Facebook remporte la palme avec 23% des r\u00e9pondants menant leur enqu\u00eate par ce biais pour \u00e9valuer l&rsquo;attractivit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un employeur potentiel. Chez les jeunes, ce chiffre atteint m\u00eame les 40%. LinkedIn doit se contenter d&rsquo;un 17%, avec un pic de 25% chez les candidats haut qualifi\u00e9s. Twitter ne fait qu&rsquo;un pi\u00e8tre 6%, mais double son score (12%) chez les jeunes.<br \/>\n\u2022 Les sites d&rsquo;offres d&#8217;emploi repr\u00e9sentent 22%, mais plafonnent \u00e0 17% chez les profils moins qualifi\u00e9s.<br \/>\n\ufffc\ufffc\u2022 La publicit\u00e9 (radio, TV, affiches, banni\u00e8res en ligne) reste, avec 22% des r\u00e9pondants, un canal non n\u00e9gligeable pour se faire une image de l&#8217;employeur. Chez les jeunes, ce canal atteint m\u00eame les 32%.<em>(ndlr : il serait int\u00e9ressant ici d&rsquo;analyser la mani\u00e8re dont sont consomm\u00e9s d\u00e9sormais les m\u00e9dia traditionnels &#8211; radio et TV &#8211; puisqu&rsquo;il appara\u00eet d\u00e9sormais que l&rsquo;audience en ligne gagne chaque jour en importance.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Rem\u00e8des aux p\u00e9nuries ?<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nSelon cette \u00e9tude, les entreprises voient dans l&#8217;employer branding la deuxi\u00e8me strat\u00e9gie la plus importante pour faire face \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie qui r\u00e8gne sur le march\u00e9 du travail.\u00a0Le public se pr\u00e9pare de mieux en mieux \u00e0 postuler. Le candidat moyen pour un emploi recourt \u00e0 de nombreux canaux diff\u00e9rents pour s&rsquo;informer sur la marque d&#8217;employeur de l&rsquo;entreprise pour laquelle il souhaite travailler. Les sites Internet des entreprises constituent \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard la principale source d&rsquo;information. Et bien que l&rsquo;impact des r\u00e9seaux sociaux ne soit pas encore \u00e9crasant, Facebook est un canal largement utilis\u00e9 par les jeunes pour mesurer la r\u00e9putation de futurs employeurs.
