Intitul\u00e9e <em>\u00ab The Next Era of Human-Machine Partnerships \u00bb<\/em>, l\u2019\u00e9tude analyse \u00e9galement comment les consommateurs et les entreprises peuvent se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en perp\u00e9tuelle \u00e9volution.<!--more--><br \/>\nEn 2030, toutes les entreprises seront technologiques, c\u2019est pourquoi elles doivent d\u00e8s \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent commencer \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on de pr\u00e9parer leurs infrastructures et leurs collaborateurs aux \u00e9volutions futures, selon une \u00e9tude publi\u00e9e par Dell Technologies.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude pr\u00e9dit notamment que les technologies \u00e9mergentes, accompagn\u00e9es d\u2019importantes avanc\u00e9es que ce soit en mati\u00e8re de logiciels, de Big Data et de puissance de traitement, remod\u00e8leront nos vies. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 entrera alors dans une nouvelle phase de sa relation avec les machines.<\/p>\n<p>Des gains d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et des possibilit\u00e9s sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent aideront les \u00eatres humains \u00e0 d\u00e9passer leurs limites.\u00a0Les \u00eatres humains joueront le r\u00f4le de \u00ab chef d\u2019orchestre num\u00e9rique \u00bb, se servant de la technologie comme d\u2019un prolongement d\u2019eux-m\u00eames afin de mieux diriger et g\u00e9rer leurs activit\u00e9s au quotidien.\u00a0Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des technologies avanc\u00e9es de mise en relation orient\u00e9es donn\u00e9es, les entreprises pourront d\u00e9couvrir et recruter des talents partout dans le monde<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;apprendre.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon des estimations, 85 % des m\u00e9tiers de 2030 n\u2019ont pas encore vu le jour. Le rythme du changement sera tel que l\u2019apprentissage se fera \u00ab dans le moment pr\u00e9sent \u00bb, au moyen de nouvelles technologies telles que la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle. La capacit\u00e9 d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles connaissances sera plus pr\u00e9cieuse que les connaissances elles-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n<p>Dell Technologies a command\u00e9 cette \u00e9tude pour aider les entreprises \u00e0 s\u2019orienter dans un monde incertain et \u00e0 se pr\u00e9parer aux \u00e9volutions futures. Aujourd\u2019hui, le bouleversement num\u00e9rique redessine impitoyablement des pans entiers de l\u2019activit\u00e9. Pour la premi\u00e8re fois dans l\u2019histoire moderne, les dirigeants mondiaux sont dans l\u2019incapacit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9voir o\u00f9 va leur industrie. Selon le Digital Transformation Index de Dell, 52 % des d\u00e9cideurs ont v\u00e9cu un bouleversement majeur de leur secteur sous l\u2019effet des technologies num\u00e9riques. En outre, pr\u00e8s d\u2019une entreprise sur deux pense qu\u2019il existe pour elle un risque de devenir obsol\u00e8te au cours des trois \u00e0 cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Une nouvelle relation homme-machine<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Jamais auparavant les entreprises n\u2019ont connu un tel bouleversement. Pour entrer de plain-pied dans l\u2019\u00e8re des partenariats homme-machine, chaque entreprise va devoir \u00eatre num\u00e9rique, avec un place pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rante donn\u00e9es aux logiciels \u00bb<\/em>, commente Jeremy Burton, Chief Marketing Officer de Dell. <em>\u00ab Cependant les entreprises devront se montrer r\u00e9actives et augmenter la capacit\u00e9 de leurs machines, pr\u00e9parer leurs infrastructures et accompagner leurs collaborateurs afin d\u2019impulser ce changement. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9s \u00e0 deux perspectives extr\u00eames concernant les machines et l\u2019avenir : d\u2019une part, les craintes suscit\u00e9es par le ch\u00f4mage technologique et d\u2019autre part, l\u2019exc\u00e8s d\u2019optimisme consistant \u00e0 voir dans la technologie le rem\u00e8de \u00e0 tous nos maux sociaux et environnementaux \u00bb<\/em>, explique Rachel Maguire, directrice de recherche pour l\u2019Institute for the Future. <em>\u00ab Il nous faut plut\u00f4t nous concentrer sur ce que pourrait \u00eatre la nouvelle relation entre les technologies et les \u00eatres humains et comment nous y pr\u00e9parer en cons\u00e9quence. L\u2019homme apportant des comp\u00e9tences telles que sa cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, sa passion et son esprit d\u2019entreprise. Les machines offriront pour leur part, rapidit\u00e9, automatisation et gains d\u2019efficacit\u00e9. La productivit\u00e9 en r\u00e9sultant ouvrant de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s au sein des secteurs et des responsabilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>En 2030, des assistants personnalis\u00e9s, int\u00e9grant de l\u2019intelligence artificielle (IA), disposeront de capacit\u00e9s bien sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui, mettant \u00e0 notre service des fonctions pr\u00e9dictives et automatis\u00e9es.<br \/>\nLes technologies ne remplaceront pas n\u00e9cessairement les employ\u00e9s mais feront \u00e9voluer leurs recherches. Le travail ne sera plus un lieu mais une suite de t\u00e2ches.
