Il ressort de cette enqu\u00eate que 1 Belge sur 8 (12,5 %) a \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9 \u00e0 un comportement agressif au travail au cours des 6 mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant l\u2019enqu\u00eate. Un pourcentage \u00e9lev\u00e9 qui n\u00e9cessite des mesures.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Par comportement agressif au travail, on entend tout incident au cours duquel des personnes sont victimes de comportements abusifs, de menaces ou d\u2019attaques et qui constitue un risque pour leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9, leur bien-\u00eatre et\/ou leur sant\u00e9. Cela arrive plus souvent qu\u2019on ne le pense : en 2016, 12,5 % des travailleurs y ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9s au moins une fois au cours des 6 derniers mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant l\u2019enqu\u00eate, et 1,7 % l\u2019\u00e9tait m\u00eame de fa\u00e7on hebdomadaire.<\/p>\n<p>Les formes les plus fr\u00e9quentes d\u2019agressions sont :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les insultes ou offenses (11,3 %)<\/li>\n<li>les menaces avec violence physique (5,2 %)<\/li>\n<li>les agressions physiques (4 %)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les comportements agressifs sur le lieu de travail sont pratiquement aussi nombreux chez les femmes (12,3 %) que chez les hommes (12,7 %). Dans 49,3 % des cas, il s\u2019agit d\u2019agressions commises par des personnes externes, telles que les clients ou \u00e9l\u00e8ves, dans 32,7 % par un ou plusieurs coll\u00e8gues ou dirigeants et dans 11,9 %, il s\u2019agit aussi bien de personnes externes qu\u2019internes. On constate que les travailleuses sont significativement plus confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des comportements agressifs externes (57,5 % contre 27,9 % pour des agressions internes) alors que la gent masculine obtient un pourcentage presque similaire dans les deux cas (38,1 % contre 37,3 %).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate d\u00e9montre \u00e9galement que les agressions surviennent le plus souvent dans le secteur de la construction (21,7 %), suivi par le secteur du commerce de d\u00e9tail (19,3 %) et celui des pouvoirs publics (16,7 %).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le risque de burn out est pratiquement deux fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lode Godderis, directeur du service &lsquo;Knowledge, Information &amp; Research&rsquo; du Groupe IDEWE explique : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Les cons\u00e9quences des comportements agressifs au travail ne sont pas n\u00e9gligeables. Les victimes de ces comportements pr\u00e9sentent un risque pratiquement deux fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 (29 % contre 14,9 %) d\u2019avoir un burn out (de longue dur\u00e9e). Cela engendre de nombreux co\u00fbts suppl\u00e9mentaires pour l\u2019entreprise.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Environ 50,1 % des victimes ont l\u2019intention de rester chez leur employeur, un pourcentage nettement inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des travailleurs qui n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9s \u00e0 un comportement agressif (66,6 %), et pas moins de 34,2 % ressentent un stress \u00e9lev\u00e9 (contre 17,9 %).<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les travailleurs et les employeurs ont tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 aborder les comportements agressifs au travail. Il est d\u00e8s lors conseill\u00e9 aux entreprises d\u2019\u00e9laborer une politique en mati\u00e8re d\u2019agression. De nombreux organismes, dont IDEWE, proposent \u00e9galement diff\u00e9rentes formations qui traitent des comportements agressifs et des conflits. Enfin, les entreprises doivent investir sensiblement dans le suivi par le biais notamment de la m\u00e9diation de conflit, d\u2019interventions en \u00e9quipe ou d\u2019un accompagnement individuel apr\u00e8s un incident d\u2019agression\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, conclut Lode Godderis.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>M\u00e9thodologie<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<em> En 2016, 41\u2009110 travailleurs ont re\u00e7u un questionnaire sur le bien-\u00eatre psychosocial au travail auquel 22\u2009150 (54 %) ont r\u00e9pondu. 17\u2009422 r\u00e9pondants \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate ont donn\u00e9 des informations sur les variables d\u00e9mographiques tels que le sexe, l\u2019\u00e2ge et le secteur.
