A condition que leur package salarial offre un maximum de flexibilit\u00e9&#8230;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Alors que la satisfaction des salari\u00e9s belges ne s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve qu\u2019\u00e0 65,2 sur une \u00e9chelle allant de 0 \u00e0 100, 68 % d\u2019entre eux d\u00e9clarent toutefois avoir trouv\u00e9 le travail id\u00e9al. En marge de ce constat g\u00e9n\u00e9rique, plus d\u2019un quart des Belges sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 accepter un salaire moindre pour d\u00e9crocher le job de leurs r\u00eaves. Ce sont surtout les managers (48 %) et les profils senior (47 %) qui seraient dans ce cas.<\/p>\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s veulent toujours plus de flexibilit\u00e9 et cette tendance concerne d\u00e9sormais aussi la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration. Certaines entreprises testent d\u00e9j\u00e0 un salaire en points et permettent de composer soi-m\u00eame un package salarial. Pr\u00e8s de 4 salari\u00e9s belges sur 10 d\u00e9clarent qu\u2019ils quitteraient probablement leur travail actuel si on leur offrait un emploi similaire avec un package salarial flexible.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les avantages extral\u00e9gaux restent un \u00e9norme atout pour les employeurs d\u00e9sirant proposer \u00e0 leurs salari\u00e9s un package salarial sur mesure. Une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration flexible n\u2019a pas d\u2019incidence sur le budget de l\u2019employeur et pr\u00e9sente l\u2019avantage que les employ\u00e9s peuvent faire leurs propres choix. Ainsi, m\u00eame sans augmentation de salaire, ils seront plus satisfaits de leur package salarial\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, ajoutent les promoteurs de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude.<\/p>\n<p>Le package salarial flexible int\u00e9resse principalement les jeunes (18-34 ans).
