Il en ressort une augmentation de la confiance des entreprises familiales europ\u00e9ennes. Quelques pr\u00e9occupations restent cependant mises au devant de la sc\u00e8ne: les comp\u00e9tences des travailleurs et le co\u00fbt croissant du personnel.<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate concerne 878 entreprises familiales europ\u00e9ennes, y compris en Belgique. Elle se rapporte \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode septembre-octobre 2014.<\/p>\n<h2>Une confiance en l\u2019avenir<\/h2>\n<p>Ce troisi\u00e8me barom\u00e8tre indique que la confiance en l\u2019avenir se maintient par rapport \u00e0 il y a 6 mois et augmente m\u00eame fortement par rapport \u00e0 d\u00e9cembre 2013.  Ainsi, 70% des entreprises sont actuellement positives et 5% seulement sont pessimistes, contre respectivement 54% et 12% voici un an.<br \/>\nEn cause : une augmentation du chiffre d\u2019affaires. Chez 54% des r\u00e9pondant, le chiffre d\u2019affaires a progress\u00e9 au cours des 6 derniers mois.<br \/>\nAutre ressource positive : 8 entreprises sur 10 disent ne pas avoir connu de difficult\u00e9s pour trouver du financement. Voil\u00e0 une belle am\u00e9lioration par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019an dernier, puisque ce n\u2019\u00e9tait le cas que pour 1 r\u00e9pondant sur 2.<br \/>\nCons\u00e9quence : une augmentation du nombre de travailleurs. Pour 48% des entreprises interrog\u00e9es, le nombre de personnes employ\u00e9es a augment\u00e9 au dernier semestre.<br \/>\nAutre r\u00e9sultante : les entreprises familiales sont de plus en plus dispos\u00e9es \u00e0 proc\u00e9der \u00e0 de nouveaux investissements.<\/p>\n<h2>De nouveaux d\u00e9fis<\/h2>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 cette positivit\u00e9 des entreprises familiales, certains d\u00e9fis restent point\u00e9s.  Dans le top 3, on retrouve : la baisse de la rentabilit\u00e9 (d\u00e9sormais la plus grande pr\u00e9occupation des entreprises familiales), vient ensuite la possibilit\u00e9 de trouver du personnel comp\u00e9tent (difficult\u00e9 point\u00e9e par 42% des entreprises contre 23% l\u2019an dernier) et finalement le co\u00fbt du travail, jug\u00e9 trop important pour 29% des entreprises contre 15% l\u2019an dernier.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KPMG International et EFB (European Family Business) d\u00e9voilent les r\u00e9sultats de leur troisi\u00e8me \u00ab Barom\u00e8tre Europ\u00e9en des Entreprises Familiales \u00bb.
