L&rsquo;effet de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation des probl\u00e9matiques du stress li\u00e9 \u00e0 la charge psycho-sociale?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le terme d&#8217;employabilit\u00e9 durable est \u00e0 la mode. Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Acerta aupr\u00e8s de 470 CEO belges et plac\u00e9e sous le signe de cette th\u00e9matique semble indiquer que les employeurs sont de plus en plus concern\u00e9s par la sant\u00e9 de leurs collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les employeurs craignent que leurs collaborateurs ne se lassent de leur travail ou souffrent de burn out, de bore out ou d\u2019autres probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9. Bien que par rapport \u00e0 2015, deux fois plus d\u2019efforts sont d\u00e9sormais fournis pour motiver le personnel et am\u00e9liorer le bien-\u00eatre au travail, les CEO se rendent compte qu\u2019il y a encore du pain sur la planche.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Burn out, d\u00e9pression, bore out&#8230; Ce sont les maux de notre \u00e9poque auxquels doivent faire face les entreprises. Par ailleurs, les d\u00e9veloppements \u00e9conomiques et technologiques demandent une certaine adaptabilit\u00e9 de la part des organisations et des collaborateurs, ce qui inqui\u00e8te de nombreux dirigeants d\u2019entreprise. ACERTA a conduit la m\u00eame enqu\u00eate sur l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 durable aupr\u00e8s de CEO belges en 2015. \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9poque, seuls 10 % d\u2019entre eux craignaient que leur personnel ne d\u00e9veloppe des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 li\u00e9s \u00e0 leur vie professionnelle. Le pourcentage qui ressort de l\u2019enqu\u00eate de cette ann\u00e9e est de 23 %, soit le double.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Peter Tuybens, Director chez ACERTA Consult pr\u00e9cise encore : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le fait qu\u2019un nombre croissant de CEO soient conscients des risques de sant\u00e9 futurs de leur personnel est positif. Toutefois, 43 % d\u2019entre eux ne pr\u00e9voient pas une augmentation du nombre de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9. Dans la pratique, nous constatons qu\u2019un pourcentage manifeste de ces probl\u00e8mes concerne des troubles psychiques ou mentaux. Nous remarquons \u00e9galement une volont\u00e9 plus pr\u00e9sente de mettre en place des initiatives durables \u00e0 ce sujet.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Autre conclusion surprenante de l\u2019\u00e9tude : \u00ab\u00a0<em>un CEO sur quatre craint que ses collaborateurs ne se lassent de leur travail ou perdent leur motivation.\u00a0Les CEO estiment qu\u2019ils prennent aujourd\u2019hui davantage d\u2019initiatives pour stimuler les chances d\u2019avancement de leur personnel.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Ainsi, ils publient plus souvent des offres d\u2019emploi en interne (de 42 % \u00e0 51 %), tentent d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 mentale et physique de leur personnel (de 28 % \u00e0 42 %) et font plus souvent appel \u00e0 l\u2019accompagnement de carri\u00e8re (de 21 % \u00e0 38 %).\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Auto-critique et droit \u00e0 l&rsquo;imperfection?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude semble montrer que les CEO trouvent que leurs efforts sont insuffisants. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Ainsi, ils veulent prendre des mesures encore plus sp\u00e9cifiques pour diminuer le stress au travail. Les CEO et managers RH se posent d\u2019ailleurs de plus en plus souvent certaines questions cl\u00e9s : comment exploiter au mieux le potentiel de mes collaborateurs ? Comment souligner davantage les talents de mes collaborateurs ? Comment \u00e9laborer un plan de mobilit\u00e9 interne durable ? Heureusement, les CEO se concentrent de moins en moins sur les manquements et acceptent que leur personnel n\u2019est pas infaillible. Se concentrer uniquement sur les manquements en mati\u00e8re de performances est de plus en plus rare.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La mobilit\u00e9 interne comme solution.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Afin que le travail reste passionnant, les collaborateurs peuvent \u00e9galement changer de fonction au sein de l\u2019entreprise. 40 % des CEO indiquent que leurs ouvriers et employ\u00e9s ont la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019endosser une nouvelle fonction en interne. Un travailleur sur trois a d\u2019ailleurs eu recours \u00e0 cette solution au cours des trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Il est clair qu\u2019il y a p\u00e9nurie sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi. D\u00e8s lors, les entreprises savent \u00e0 quel point il est important de r\u00e9pertorier et conserver leurs talents. Il ressort de l\u2019\u00e9tude que cette conscientisation s\u2019est accrue, surtout en ce qui concerne les ouvriers. 40 % des CEO indiquent que leurs ouvriers peuvent aujourd\u2019hui facilement changer de fonction, contre 29 % en 2015. Ils effectuent donc un mouvement de rattrapage. Peut-\u00eatre est-ce la cons\u00e9quence du statut unique\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> propose Peter Tuybens.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Attention au paternalisme exag\u00e9r\u00e9&#8230;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude rappelle enfin : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Conserver la sant\u00e9 mentale et physique du personnel ne rel\u00e8ve pas uniquement de la responsabilit\u00e9 du CEO. Les collaborateurs aussi ont tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 prendre des initiatives pour rester heureux au travail.
