Nos &lsquo;jeunes&rsquo; semblent de plus en plus d\u00e9termin\u00e9s \u00e0 affronter le monde de l&rsquo;entreprise de fa\u00e7on dynamique et &lsquo;dominante&rsquo;. C\u2019est la principale conclusion d\u2019une enqu\u00eate du sp\u00e9cialiste du recrutement Hays. 88 % des r\u00e9pondants d\u00e9clarent en effet rechercher leur premier emploi sans attendre. Les jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s ne sont que 8 % \u00e0 poursuivre leurs \u00e9tudes et 4 % \u00e0 prendre une pause.<\/p>\n<p>Robby Vanuxem, Managing Director d\u2019Hays Belgique, commente ces r\u00e9sultats : \u00ab\u00a0<em>La tr\u00e8s grande majorit\u00e9 des jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s belges se sent pr\u00eate \u00e0 d\u00e9crocher un premier emploi. Il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, les jeunes avaient plut\u00f4t tendance \u00e0 prolonger leurs \u00e9tudes. Aujourd\u2019hui, nos jeunes ne reportent plus la recherche de leur premier emploi. Une des explications \u00e0 ce changement est que les jeunes prennent conscience que s\u2019ils \u00e9tudient plus longtemps, ils devront \u00e9galement rester actifs plus longtemps sur le march\u00e9 du travail. Une seconde hypoth\u00e8se est que les jeunes per\u00e7oivent \u00e0 nouveau davantage de possibilit\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9 du travail. Dans un nombre croissant de secteurs, ce sont les candidats et non plus les employeurs qui ont la main. La demande de personnel qualifi\u00e9 augmente dans tous les secteurs. Dans cette guerre des talents, les employeurs doivent veiller \u00e0 \u00eatre attractifs aux yeux des candidats.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Importance de la r\u00e9tention dans un march\u00e9 domin\u00e9 par les candidats<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les candidats tr\u00e8s qualifi\u00e9s se montrent critiques et ambitieux, curieux et avides d\u2019apprendre, ce qui, selon Robby Vanuxem, offre des perspectives aux entreprises. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les jeunes salari\u00e9s poussent les chefs d\u2019entreprise et les responsables RH \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 leur politique et \u00e0 sortir des sentiers battus. Cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration n\u2019h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 donner son avis sans qu\u2019on le lui demande et s\u2019attend \u00e0 ce que l\u2019on en tienne compte. Ils veulent dialoguer. Il incombe d\u00e8s lors aux managers de faire \u00e9voluer leur r\u00f4le vers celui de coach. Contraindre les jeunes \u00e0 s\u2019adapter \u00ab aux choses comme on les (a toujours) faites ici \u00bb revient \u00e0 jeter par la fen\u00eatre tout le potentiel de l\u2019entreprise.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Vu la p\u00e9nurie des talents sur le march\u00e9, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du candidat est cruciale. La mani\u00e8re dont nous g\u00e9rons les candidats et communiquons avec eux est devenue tr\u00e8s importante. Tout candidat, qu\u2019il soit appropri\u00e9 ou non, doit \u00e0 chaque fois vivre le processus de recrutement comme une exp\u00e9rience positive.
