L\u2019occasion pour Peoplesphere d\u2019attirer l\u2019attention sur l\u2019employabilit\u00e9 de ces travailleurs dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie classique.<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>La Belgique semble encore avoir fort \u00e0 faire quant \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration des personnes handicap\u00e9es sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi. Les chiffres du VDAB montrent que seulement 36,7% de toutes les personnes atteintes d&rsquo;un handicap ou un probl\u00e8me chronique de sant\u00e9 ont un emploi. A titre de comparaison, parmi les personnes sans handicap, le taux d\u2019emploi s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 69,4%. Aucune donn\u00e9e similaire n\u2019est disponible pour la R\u00e9gion wallonne et la R\u00e9gion bruxelloise mais le gouffre reste important\u2026<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019un point de vue l\u00e9gal, les entreprises priv\u00e9es n\u2019ont aucun objectif \u00e0 respecter en mati\u00e8re de recrutement des personnes handicap\u00e9es. Il n\u2019en va pas de m\u00eame pour les organismes publics. Au niveau des services publics f\u00e9d\u00e9raux, l\u2019objectif est de compter parmi ses travailleurs 3% de personnes handicap\u00e9es (arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal du 05 mars 2007). Le seuil est de 2,5% de l\u2019effectif pour les services publics wallons. Cependant, dans les deux cas, ces quotas ne sont pas encore suffisamment respect\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Pourtant, des mesures int\u00e9ressantes existent pour les entreprises. Citons, \u00e0 titre d&rsquo;exemples, la prime au tutorat qui finance l\u2019accompagnement de la personne handicap\u00e9e par un travailleur en place ; la prime de compensation, qui permet de couvrir les frais li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du poste de travail ; le contrat d\u2019adaptation professionnelle, sorte de stage allant de trois mois \u00e0 un an, conclu entre l\u2019employeur et le travailleur handicap\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 des opportunit\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0administratives\u00a0\u00bb, l\u2019emploi des personnes handicap\u00e9es est susceptible d\u2019apporter une nouvelle valeur ajout\u00e9e aux organisations. Jean-Baptiste Hibon, consultant diversit\u00e9 &#8211; philosophe et fondateur du r\u00e9seau humain, r\u00e9seau social d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux acteurs du handicap, insiste sur l\u2019apport potentiel en mati\u00e8re d\u2019innovation, de flexibilit\u00e9, de techniques manag\u00e9riales ou d\u2019am\u00e9nagements qui peuvent profiter \u00e0 tous. En guise de rappel utile, il pr\u00e9cise: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les travailleurs handicap\u00e9s sont avant tout des experts en humanit\u00e9. Ils nous renvoient \u00e0 nos propres erreurs. Ce sont des t\u00e9moins particuliers et des amplificateurs de la nature humaine.
