Conclusion pas si surprenante que cela: les comp\u00e9tences telles que la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;adaptation, l&rsquo;autocritique et l&rsquo;intelligence \u00e9motionnelle sont essentielles dans le processus de recrutement mais les candidats n&rsquo;ont pas forc\u00e9ment conscience de leurs lacunes dans ces domaines.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les demandeurs d\u2019emploi et travailleurs ne sont que 15 % \u00e0 penser \u00eatre un jour pass\u00e9s \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 d\u2019un poste en raison de leur manque de soft skills, alors que 81% des recruteurs d\u00e9clarent avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 refus\u00e9 des candidats, car ils ne disposaient pas de certaines softs skills essentielles.\u00a0\u00bb <\/em>Le d\u00e9calage est \u00e9norme.<br \/>\n<em>\u00ab\u00a0Lorsqu\u2019on demande aux recruteurs si un manque de soft skills chez les demandeurs d\u2019emploi rend plus difficile la recherche de candidats ad\u00e9quats, ils sont plus de 80 % \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre par l\u2019affirmative.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Environ 17% en sont m\u00eame totalement convaincus.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les soft skills seront encore plus importantes dans un proche avenir.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019on demande aux recruteurs si un manque de soft skills chez les demandeurs d\u2019emploi rend plus difficile la recherche de candidats ad\u00e9quats, ils sont plus de 80 % \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre par l\u2019affirmative.<br \/>\nEnviron 17% en sont m\u00eame totalement convaincus.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe et l\u2019\u00e9thique de travail sont importants pour les recruteurs comme pour les demandeurs d\u2019emploi et travailleurs. Cependant, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re des changements disruptifs, les recruteurs attachent \u00e9galement une tr\u00e8s grande importance \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation. S\u2019adapter rapidement et efficacement \u00e0 un nouvel environnement\u00a0en proie \u00e0 des changements radicaux, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 autres t\u00e2ches et responsabilit\u00e9s, apprendre \u00e0 collaborer avec d\u2019autres personnes&#8230; toutes ces capacit\u00e9s sont des atouts jug\u00e9s incontournables. Cela se confirme d\u2019ailleurs lorsque l\u2019on observe les soft skills qui, selon les recruteurs, font le plus souvent d\u00e9faut chez les candidats.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Comment les demandeurs d\u2019emploi peuvent-ils mieux se pr\u00e9parer au march\u00e9 du travail de l\u2019avenir ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>91 % des r\u00e9pondants parmi les demandeurs d\u2019emploi\/travailleurs sont convaincus qu\u2019il faut acqu\u00e9rir des soft skills. Les recruteurs sont du m\u00eame avis. 80 % d\u2019entre eux estiment cependant qu\u2019il incombe aux candidats d\u2019entreprendre eux-m\u00eames les actions leur permettant d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir les soft skills n\u00e9cessaires.\u00a0Environ un quart de tous les r\u00e9pondants trouve que l\u2019on pr\u00eate trop peu attention aux soft skills dans la formation et au travail. Mais pas moins de 2\/3 des recruteurs d\u00e9clarent y accorder une attention insuffisante.<br \/>\nEn outre, assez curieusement, les formations qu\u2019ils organisent ne permettent pas de d\u00e9velopper les soft skills qui font le plus souvent d\u00e9faut \u00e0 leurs yeux.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Top 3 des formations par les recruteurs<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Il s\u2019agit \u00e9galement des formations que les travailleurs et demandeurs d\u2019emploi suivent le plus souvent. Elles ne visent cependant pas toutes des soft skills qui d\u2019apr\u00e8s eux leur font d\u00e9faut ; \u00e0 savoir respectivement les capacit\u00e9s \u00e0 communiquer, \u00e0 r\u00e9seauter et \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes par la r\u00e9flexion.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Assez curieusement, les formations propos\u00e9es par les recruteurs ne correspondent pas non plus exactement aux soft skills qui, \u00e0 leurs yeux, font le plus souvent d\u00e9faut chez les demandeurs d\u2019emploi, \u00e0 savoir respectivement l\u2019\u00e9thique de travail, l\u2019autocritique et la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation.
