L&#8217;emploi pr\u00e9sente lui aussi un bilan positif. Les indicateurs permettent de retrouver la confiance dans le chef des patrons d&rsquo;entreprise. Ils n&rsquo;\u00e9loignent cependant pas les spectres qui sont associ\u00e9s aujourd&rsquo;hui au march\u00e9 de l&#8217;emploi. Et la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration des prestataires RH d&rsquo;insister pour que les prestataires de services- qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient sensiblement de cette reprise &#8211; aident les entreprises \u00e0 relever ces d\u00e9fis.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Federgon pr\u00e9cise en effet:\u00a0\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0La croissance a favoris\u00e9 une nouvelle hausse nette de l\u2019emploi. Le secteur marchand a de nouveau cr\u00e9\u00e9 le plus grand nombre d\u2019emplois salari\u00e9s, \u00e0 savoir 1,2% (Q\/Q-4). Dans le non marchand, les effectifs continuent \u00e9galement \u00e0 cro\u00eetre (+0,9%), mais plus lentement que les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes. Ainsi, l\u2019emploi a l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diminu\u00e9 dans l\u2019administration publique et l\u2019enseignement (-1200). Sur l\u2019ensemble des salari\u00e9s, 62% sont occup\u00e9s dans les secteurs sensibles \u00e0 la conjoncture. L\u2019emploi ind\u00e9pendant a aussi l\u00e9g\u00e8rement progress\u00e9 et repr\u00e9sente 17% de l\u2019emploi total.\u00a0La dynamique de l\u2019emploi dans le secteur priv\u00e9 va de pair avec une forte augmentation des cr\u00e9ations d\u2019entreprises. Les nouvelles entreprises (moins de 5 ans) contribuent largement \u00e0 la dynamique de l\u2019emploi, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que 10% d\u2019entre elles engagent d\u00e9j\u00e0 apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e d\u2019existence.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Le ch\u00f4mage continue \u00e0 refluer, mais les ch\u00f4meurs de longue dur\u00e9e (plus d\u20191 an) constituent toujours, avec 54%, la principale cat\u00e9gorie parmi les DEI. La population des demandeurs d\u2019emploi en Belgique pr\u00e9sente un potentiel d\u2019activation important : les donn\u00e9es de mai 2017 montrent que 45% des ch\u00f4meurs comptent moins d\u2019un an de ch\u00f4mage, que 56% ont entre 25 et 49 ans et que 74 % ont un dipl\u00f4me de l\u2019enseignement secondaire ou sup\u00e9rieur. La Belgique reste confront\u00e9e \u00e0 un taux d\u2019activit\u00e9 beaucoup trop bas (67,6%). C\u2019est l\u00e0 le d\u00e9fi num\u00e9ro 1 sur notre march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Elle poursuit: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Digitalisation, robotisation, IA, besoins de remplacement en raison du vieillissement, croissance exigeante en main-d\u2019oeuvre, &#8230; autant de mots qui reviennent constamment quand on parle du march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi en Belgique en 2017. Les membres de Federgon peuvent accompagner leurs clients dans la gestion de ces \u00e9volutions.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Seuls les prestataires en formation voient leur volume d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s se r\u00e9duire.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les diff\u00e9rents secteurs d&rsquo;activit\u00e9s plac\u00e9s sous la coupole de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration ont d&rsquo;ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 du retour de la croissance: <em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019augmentation de la demande sur le march\u00e9 du travail int\u00e9rimaire a poursuivi sur sa lanc\u00e9e (+4,6%). Pour les trimestres \u00e9coul\u00e9s, on peut parler d\u2019une croissance constante. Tant l\u2019int\u00e9rim classique que l\u2019int\u00e9rim \u00e9tudiant ont progress\u00e9, et ce dans le segment des ouvriers comme dans celui des employ\u00e9s, avec cependant une croissance plus forte chez les ouvriers.\u00a0Apr\u00e8s un bon 1er trimestre, l\u2019activit\u00e9 dans le secteur du project sourcing a fait un nouveau bond en avant (+9,2%).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Sous l\u2019influence d\u2019une hausse modeste des dossiers collectifs, le secteur de l\u2019outplacement a connu globalement une l\u00e9g\u00e8re progression (+2,2%).<\/em><br \/>\n<em> La demande sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019Int\u00e9rim Management a l\u00e9g\u00e8rement rebondi apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e difficile.\u00a0L\u2019activit\u00e9 a progress\u00e9 de +1,9%.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des entreprises titres-services priv\u00e9es, on peut parler d\u2019une quasi-stabilisation (+0,3%).<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Le chiffre d\u2019affaires global des cabinets de Recruitment, Search &amp; Selection a recul\u00e9 (-2,7%).
