Tous les mois pendant deux ans, les heureux \u00e9lus re\u00e7oivent 560 \u20ac sur lesquels ils ne sont pas impos\u00e9s. Avec quels r\u00e9sultats ?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La grande diff\u00e9rence avec une allocation telle qu&rsquo;un revenu d&rsquo;insertion (allocation de ch\u00f4mage)? Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un revenu inconditionnel. Ses 2.000 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires n\u2019ont pas \u00e0 justifier de la fa\u00e7on dont ils d\u00e9pensent cet argent et personne ne cherche \u00e0 savoir s\u2019ils travaillent par ailleurs ou s\u2019ils cherchent \u00e0 travailler. De l\u2019argent gratuit en somme, dont l\u2019assurance sociale finlandaise (KELA) fait le pari qu\u2019il pourrait am\u00e9liorer consid\u00e9rablement la vie de ses citoyens et r\u00e9sorber le ch\u00f4mage.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s cinq mois, nombre de participants se disent consid\u00e9rablement moins stress\u00e9s et plus motiv\u00e9s pour retrouver du travail ou se lancer dans l\u2019entrepreneuriat. Des r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9liminaires qui ne suffiront pas \u00e0 faire adopter la mesure au niveau national \u2013 des recherches plus approfondies seront n\u00e9cessaires avant cela \u2013, mais qui s\u2019accordent avec les pr\u00e9dictions les plus positives des partisans de la r\u00e9forme.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019exp\u00e9rience a fait des \u00e9mules, puisque la province canadienne de l\u2019Ontario a annonc\u00e9 en mars dernier qu\u2019elle allait bient\u00f4t mettre en place un test du m\u00eame type, selon les informations de The Independent. Jusqu\u2019ici, toutes les exp\u00e9riences de ce type ont toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 couronn\u00e9es de succ\u00e8s.
