Ce texte traduit l\u2019avis unanime des partenaires sociaux du 7 avril 2017. Il constitue une option compl\u00e9mentaire au &lsquo;cash for car&rsquo; \u00e9labor\u00e9 par le gouvernement.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Contrairement au &lsquo;cash for car&rsquo;, qui suppose l\u2019abandon total de la voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9, le texte des partenaires sociaux permet aux travailleurs qui disposent d\u2019une voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de combiner une voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 (par hypoth\u00e8se plus petite que celle \u00e0 laquelle ils peuvent pr\u00e9tendre actuellement) avec un budget \u00ab mobilit\u00e9 \u00bb. Avec ce dernier, les travailleurs peuvent \u2013 \u00e9ventuellement en compl\u00e9ment d\u2019une (petite) voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u2013 choisir le mode de d\u00e9placement le plus ad\u00e9quat en fonction de leurs besoins personnels: transports publics, v\u00e9lo (\u00e9lectrique), etc.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet des partenaires sociaux s\u2019est tr\u00e8s largement inspir\u00e9 des pratiques existant dans plusieurs grandes entreprises. Un des aspects du projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 de simplifier les r\u00e8gles et de r\u00e9duire les charges administratives pour permettre une extension du budget &lsquo;mobilit\u00e9&rsquo; dans les entreprises et vers les travailleurs pour lesquels il est pertinent. Les employeurs peuvent ici proposer du sur-mesure sans que la gestion en devienne trop lourde. La pratique montre en effet que lorsque le travailleur est \u00e9ligible \u00e0 un budget &lsquo;mobilit\u00e9&rsquo;, il opte g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pour ce budget et r\u00e9duit effectivement le nombre le nombre de d\u00e9placements effectu\u00e9s avec sa voiture de soci\u00e9t\u00e9, ce qui contribue \u00e0 une diminution de la congestion. Le projet des partenaires sociaux est \u00e9galement particuli\u00e8rement attentif \u00e0 ce qu\u2019il n\u2019y ait pas d\u2019abus ; l\u2019objectif ne peut \u00eatre d\u2019utiliser le budget &lsquo;mobilit\u00e9&rsquo; pour optimiser le package salarial de tous les travailleurs.<\/p>\n<p>Les partenaires sociaux attendent toujours une premi\u00e8re r\u00e9action du gouvernement suite \u00e0 leur avis du 7 avril dernier et \u00e0 cette nouvelle initiative.
