









{"id":483,"date":"2014-12-03T16:45:08","date_gmt":"2014-12-03T14:45:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peoplesphere.be\/wp\/?p=483"},"modified":"2015-01-20T17:01:34","modified_gmt":"2015-01-20T15:01:34","slug":"les-entreprises-belges-analysent-mal-leurs-donnees-rh","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/les-entreprises-belges-analysent-mal-leurs-donnees-rh\/","title":{"rendered":"Les entreprises belges analysent mal leurs donn\u00e9es RH"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"chapeau\"> C\u2019est le constat que r\u00e9v\u00e8le une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par Partena Professional men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 223 professionnels RH d\u2019entreprises de plus de 50 travailleurs.<br \/>\nLes entreprises belges sont \u00e0 la traine, aussi bien en mati\u00e8re de connaissances que d&rsquo;utilisation de donn\u00e9es RH et business. <!--more--><\/div>\n<p>La grande majorit\u00e9 des entreprises mesure les \u00e9l\u00e9ments fondamentaux, comme par exemple le nombre de travailleurs et d\u2019unit\u00e9s temps plein (92%), l\u2019absent\u00e9isme pour maladie (83%) et l\u2019offre salariale contractuelle (73%). <\/p>\n<p>Par contre, approfondir le sujet ne semble pas \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour. Les ratios au niveau de la structure de la masse salariale, tels que le ratio net\/brut ou le salaire variable versus salaire fixe ne sont mesur\u00e9s que dans 1 entreprise sur 4.  Mais encore, la mesure de l\u2019\u00e9cart salarial, pour laquelle le l\u00e9gislateur impose bient\u00f4t des crit\u00e8res de reporting concrets aux grandes entreprises, n\u2019est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e que par 1 entreprise sur 5.<\/p>\n<p>Plus alarmant, seul 1 professionnel belge en RH sur 2 comprend ce que recouvrent les notions de \u00ab HR Metrics \u00bb et \u00ab HR Analytics \u00bb. En outre, le foss\u00e9 qui s\u00e9pare, en mati\u00e8re de connaissance, les entreprises qui poss\u00e8dent des implantations internationales (56%) et les entreprises purement belges (35%) est important. La plus-value qu\u2019apportent les donn\u00e9es chiffr\u00e9es RH contraste \u00e9galement fortement : 59% des entreprises internationales voient une valeur ajout\u00e9e manifeste dans la conduite d\u2019analyses RH contre \u00e0 peine 40% des entreprises purement belges.<\/p>\n<h2>Une analyse faible<\/h2>\n<p>1 entreprise sur 2 pratique le benchmarking en mati\u00e8re de salaire. Deux m\u00e9thodes sont utilis\u00e9es : soit en situant le salaire d\u2019un travailleur par rapport \u00e0 celui d\u2019une fonction similaire au sein de l\u2019entreprise (benchmark interne) soit en comparant ce salaire avec les donn\u00e9es du march\u00e9 (benchmark externe). Ici aussi on note une disparit\u00e9 : 64% des entreprises internationales pratiquent le benchmarking contre 30% des entreprises purement belges.<\/p>\n<p>Peu d\u2019entreprises finissent par \u00e9tablir un lien entre les donn\u00e9es RH et d\u2019autres indicateurs cl\u00e9s (comme les chiffres de vente ou la satisfaction de la client\u00e8le). En effet, seule 1 entreprise sur 10 \u00e9tablit un lien entre les ventes ou la satisfaction client\u00e8le et leurs donn\u00e9es RH.<\/p>\n<h2>Les entreprises se limitent \u00e0 des rapports standards<\/h2>\n<p>50% des grandes entreprises (de plus de 100 travailleurs) r\u00e9digent seulement un rapport standard. Des rapports contenant des points de vue, des analyses et des commentaires ne sont pas encore des pratiques usuelles.  On note \u00e0 nouveau ici un \u00e9cart important entre les entreprises purement belges et les implantations internationales : avec un chiffre de 29% pour les entreprises belges et 40% pour les entreprises internationales.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, la majorit\u00e9 des entreprises est convaincue que la plus-value des analyses RH augmentera de fa\u00e7on significative dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.
