Ils veulent davantage de libert\u00e9, de reconnaissance, un meilleur \u00e9quilibre vie priv\u00e9e\/professionnelle. Cas v\u00e9cu? Il n&rsquo;est pas toujours simple de trouver les bons arguments pour retenir les talents qui pensent s&rsquo;\u00e9panouir dans un autre statut. Int\u00e9ressant donc de comprendre les motivations de cette tentation et surtout de pouvoir expliquer la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 concr\u00e8te du quotidien des travailleurs ind\u00e9pendants.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Certains entament directement leur carri\u00e8re active en tant qu\u2019ind\u00e9pendant, tandis que beaucoup d\u2019autres ne franchissent le pas qu\u2019apr\u00e8s quelques ann\u00e9es en tant que salari\u00e9. Pourquoi prennent-ils cette d\u00e9cision radicale ? Qu\u2019attendent-ils de ce changement de carri\u00e8re ? Et peuvent-ils par la suite regarder avec satisfaction en arri\u00e8re ? Il existe tout de m\u00eame pas mal de diff\u00e9rences entre les attentes et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la caisse d&rsquo;assurances sociales ACERTA, 1600 ind\u00e9pendants ont analys\u00e9 les attentes qu\u2019ils nourrissaient au d\u00e9but de leur statut d\u2019ind\u00e9pendant. Quelles \u00e9taient ces attentes et ont-elles \u00e9t\u00e9 rencontr\u00e9es ?\u00a0<span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">La motivation num\u00e9ro 1 pour devenir ind\u00e9pendant est d\u2019\u00eatre son propre patron. Et \u00e7a, comme le confirment les ind\u00e9pendants lorsqu\u2019ils jettent un regard en arri\u00e8re, ils y sont parvenus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pour 81,7 %, \u00ab \u00eatre son propre patron \u00bb figure parmi les 5 principales raisons de devenir ind\u00e9pendant. Il s\u2019agit m\u00eame de la raison num\u00e9ro 1 chez 31,4 % des ind\u00e9pendants. Et ils ne regrettent pas leur choix. En effet, avec le recul, la grande majorit\u00e9 trouve que cette attente a bien \u00e9t\u00e9 rencontr\u00e9e. Seuls 8 % sont forc\u00e9s de constater que c\u2019est un \u00e9chec.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Exploiter ses meilleures comp\u00e9tences<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pour beaucoup, pouvoir appliquer les connaissances et comp\u00e9tences acquises reste un facteur de motivation suffisamment important pour devenir ind\u00e9pendant. Et cette attente est, elle aussi, en grande partie satisfaite. Plus le degr\u00e9 de scolarit\u00e9 est \u00e9lev\u00e9, plus l\u2019on estime important d\u2019exploiter ses connaissances et comp\u00e9tences. Parmi les ind\u00e9pendants qui ont une formation de niveau secondaire, 39,7 % placent en pole position l\u2019argument \u00ab \u00eatre son propre patron \u00bb, contre seulement 24,9 % chez les titulaires d\u2019un master, qui attribuent un score plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00ab application des connaissances \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Scepticisme quant \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre vie professionnelle-vie priv\u00e9e<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente enqu\u00eate a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu\u2019un tiers des ind\u00e9pendants \u00e9taient insatisfaits de leur \u00e9quilibre vie professionnelle-vie priv\u00e9e. Un constat une nouvelle fois confirm\u00e9 dans cette analyse : les attentes sont moins satisfaisantes en ce qui concerne le contr\u00f4le de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre vie professionnelle-vie priv\u00e9e. L\u00e0 aussi, les ind\u00e9pendants nourrissaient de hautes attentes au moment o\u00f9 ils se sont lanc\u00e9s. 60 % placent cet argument parmi leurs 5 principaux arguments \u00ab pour \u00bb. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Cependant, ils ne peuvent pas se dire totalement satisfaits, comme le r\u00e9v\u00e8le notre enqu\u00eate. Sur ces 60 %, 24 % doivent conclure que le priv\u00e9 et le professionnel sont aussi en d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre en tant qu\u2019ind\u00e9pendant. Seule la motivation financi\u00e8re des d\u00e9buts obtient un score pire encore dans l\u2019\u00e9valuation.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Il ne faut pas le faire pour l\u2019argent<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quid de l\u2019aspect financier ? Certes, c\u2019est aussi un argument de poids, on ne le nie pas. 58,5 % le mentionnent, il figure g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 la troisi\u00e8me ou quatri\u00e8me place du top 5. Les hommes attachent plus de valeur au fait de gagner de l\u2019argent que les femmes : 65,6 % contre 51,7 %.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019appr\u00e9ciation des clients et la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019exploiter ses propres connaissances et comp\u00e9tences : voil\u00e0 l\u2019attente qui obtient le plus haut score.
