C&rsquo;est ce qui ressort d&rsquo;une \u00e9tude de Computer Profile, un sp\u00e9cialiste du marketing de bases de donn\u00e9es qui a analys\u00e9 30 000 entreprises du Benelux.\u00a0Cette organisation\u00a0suit en permanence les entreprises afin de savoir qui prend quelles d\u00e9cisions depuis 20 ans. Sans surprise, m\u00eame si l&rsquo;\u00e9volution est positive, la repr\u00e9sentation des genres reste d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9e au niveau des fonctions d\u00e9cisionnaires. Elle se concentre par ailleurs dans des secteurs et activit\u00e9s dites &lsquo;soft&rsquo;, dont les RH bien entendu.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;entreprise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en analyse de donn\u00e9es strat\u00e9giques \u00a0surveille plus de 30 000 entreprises de premier plan qui emploient plus de 50 personnes au Benelux, \u00e0 savoir 17 001 entreprises aux Pays-Bas, 13 575 en Belgique et 1 191 au Luxembourg. Une analyse succincte fournit une foule d&rsquo;informations int\u00e9ressantes.\u00a0Avec un peu plus de 33 %, la Belgique figure loin devant les Pays-Bas, o\u00f9 les femmes n&rsquo;occupent que 24 % de ces postes.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>En progr\u00e8s quasi continu<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le pourcentage de femmes parmi les d\u00e9cideurs est significativement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 en Belgique qu&rsquo;aux Pays-Bas. D\u00e9j\u00e0 en 1998, le pays comptait 16 % de femmes \u00e0 des postes de d\u00e9cision, contre 6 % aux Pays-Bas. Ces deux derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, le nombre de femmes d\u00e9cideurs n&rsquo;a cess\u00e9 d&rsquo;augmenter dans les entreprises belges, atteignant un pic de 35% en 2015. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, 1 d\u00e9cideur sur 3 dans nos entreprises est une femme. Aux Pays-Bas aussi, le pourcentage de femmes occupant des postes de d\u00e9cision a augment\u00e9, bien que leur part soit rest\u00e9e aux alentours de 23 % depuis 2011.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Les femmes s\u2019imposent principalement dans les RH et l\u2019enseignement<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Computer Profile a \u00e9galement analys\u00e9 les donn\u00e9es par type de fonction et par secteur. Pour la Belgique et les Pays-Bas, les ressources humaines (71,12 % et 62 % respectivement) sont le seul domaine o\u00f9 les femmes prennent la majorit\u00e9 des d\u00e9cisions. Dans les deux pays, les femmes sont les moins pr\u00e9sentes aux postes de d\u00e9cision dans le domaine des technologies de l&rsquo;information (9 % en Belgique et 7,9 % aux Pays-Bas), ce qui n\u2019a rien de surprenant.<\/p>\n<p>Si l&rsquo;on observe la r\u00e9partition par secteur, la plupart des femmes d\u00e9cideurs en Belgique travaillent dans l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation (38 %), l&rsquo;administration publique (37 %) et la sant\u00e9 (34 %). Aux Pays-Bas, il s&rsquo;agit du secteur des soins (31 %), de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation (29 %) et des services (27 %). En Belgique, elles sont les moins pr\u00e9sentes dans le secteur des transports (19%) et dans l\u2019industrie min\u00e9rale (20%).
