Nouvel \u00e9pisode relay\u00e9 par la RTBF et La Libre: les pilotes refusent le bonus de la direction en \u00e9change de leurs cong\u00e9s<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les annulations de vol Ryanair sont en effet bel et bien li\u00e9es aux probl\u00e8mes de planning des cong\u00e9s des pilotes, et sympt\u00f4mes d&rsquo;un malaise plus grand au sein de la compagnie a\u00e9rienne\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> reprend la RTBF. Manifestement, la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience collaborateur au sein de la compagnie low cost se confirme de jour en jour. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les pilotes, via leurs repr\u00e9sentants, ont envoy\u00e9 une lettre demandant de nouvelles conditions de travail, et adressant un ultimatum \u00e0 la direction. Les pilotes ont en effet d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de parler d&rsquo;une seule voix, et se sont f\u00e9d\u00e9r\u00e9s au nom des 17 bases europ\u00e9ennes.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les pilotes se sont vus proposer un bonus par la direction afin de renoncer \u00e0 des jours de cong\u00e9 et permettre \u00e0 la compagnie de limiter les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts. C&rsquo;est non. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les repr\u00e9sentants des pilotes de Ryanair rejettent le bonus propos\u00e9 par la direction, afin qu&rsquo;ils renoncent \u00e0 leurs cong\u00e9s et restent au moins un an au sein de la compagnie. Ils continuent le bras de fer avec la direction, demandant des contrats locaux, et non plus irlandais, et une s\u00e9rie de mesures am\u00e9liorant les conditions de travail des pilotes. Dans une lettre commune \u00a0les pilotes lancent aussi un ultimatum \u00e0 la direction: ils veulent une r\u00e9ponse favorable d&rsquo;ici vendredi \u00e0 10h00.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le risque de paralysie totale se pr\u00e9cise.
