Cela concerne principalement les fonctions avec un large pouvoir de d\u00e9cision et de grandes responsabilit\u00e9s. Avec \u00e0 peine 23,2 % de femmes occupant des fonctions de management, la Belgique est clairement en queue du peloton europ\u00e9en sur ce point. Cette sous-repr\u00e9sentation se v\u00e9rifie \u00e9galement au sein du secteur public: seulement 26% des top managers de l&rsquo;administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale sont des femmes.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 cette in\u00e9galit\u00e9, Selor propose cette ann\u00e9e encore Top Skills, une initiative qui a pour objectif d\u2019encourager les femmes \u00e0 se porter candidates aux fonctions de management dans l\u2019administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale. Ainsi, les femmes ayant des ambitions manag\u00e9riales pourront participer \u00e0 un assessment gratuit en novembre leur permettant de se familiariser aux proc\u00e9dures de s\u00e9lection des top managers. L&rsquo;op\u00e9ration est &lsquo;ouverte&rsquo; \u00e0 toutes les candidates dot\u00e9es d&rsquo;une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle de minimum 6 ans en management ou de minimum 10 ans dans une fonction de niveau universitaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Besoin d&rsquo;une meilleure pr\u00e9paration<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il ressort de l\u2019enqu\u00eate suivant l\u2019\u00e9dition 2016 de Top Skills que 86 % des participantes ont pu acqu\u00e9rir par ce biais une meilleure id\u00e9e des exigences et du d\u00e9roulement d\u2019une s\u00e9lection de management et que 82 % pensent pouvoir mieux \u00e9valuer leurs propres comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Une version enrichie en 2017<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Le succ\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes et le feed-back positif des participantes ont incit\u00e9 Selor \u00e0 enrichir l\u2019\u00e9dition de cette ann\u00e9e. La nouvelle \u00e9dition de Top Skills commencera par une s\u00e9ance d\u2019information et de mise en r\u00e9seau organis\u00e9e le 28 septembre 2017. D\u00e8s le 29 septembre, les inscriptions effectives pour Top Skills seront lanc\u00e9es et les femmes-candidates pourront s\u2019y inscrire.\u00a0Durant la session d\u2019info, les experts de Selor expliqueront clairement les proc\u00e9dures, donneront des conseils pour optimiser son C.V ou pour se pr\u00e9parer aux s\u00e9lections de management, par exemple. Les top managers Tania DEKENS (Administratrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de Famifed) et Anne KIRSCH (Administratrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale adjointe de l\u2019ONSS) viendront t\u00e9moigner de leur parcours professionnel, tout comme des repr\u00e9sentantes du r\u00e9seau FELINK.\u00a0Plus de 100 femmes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es par une participation au projet Top Skills se sont inscrites \u00e0 cette session d\u2019info. \u00ab\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Le ministre Steven Vandeput commente l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est riche en diversit\u00e9, l\u2019administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale doit en \u00eatre le reflet. Nous disposons de nombreuses fonctions int\u00e9ressantes, tant pour les hommes que pour les femmes. Les comp\u00e9tences ad\u00e9quates et la motivation sont plus importantes que le sexe.
