Voil\u00e0 ce qui ressort de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate annuelle du bureau de consultance international Hay Group, bas\u00e9e sur les donn\u00e9es salariales de plus de 175.000 travailleurs dans 500 moyennes et grandes entreprises belges.<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>Entre le 1 er juillet 2013 et le 1 er juillet 2014, les travailleurs belges ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d&rsquo;une augmentation de leur salaire de base d&rsquo;en moyenne 1,9%, soit relativement inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l&rsquo;augmentation moyenne de 2,4% observ\u00e9e en 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Cette augmentation limit\u00e9e n&rsquo;est pas une surprise puisqu&rsquo;elle poursuit une tendance initi\u00e9e depuis quelques ann\u00e9es. Les chiffres en baisse pour 2014 s&rsquo;expliquent par une faible inflation et une indexation salariale limit\u00e9e. <\/p>\n<p>Le bureau de consultance pr\u00e9voit une confirmation de cette tendance avec des augmentations salariales limit\u00e9es et s\u00e9lectives pour 2015. En outre, l&rsquo;augmentation de l&rsquo;indexation sera moins \u00e9lev\u00e9e en raison de l&rsquo;inflation en baisse. De plus, la mod\u00e9ration salariale pourrait \u00eatre renforc\u00e9e par certaines mesures en cours de n\u00e9gociation, comme le saut d&rsquo;index.<\/p>\n<p>Pour 2015, les entreprises envisagent ainsi une augmentation salariale de 2%.<\/p>\n<h2>Augmentation moins importante pour les employ\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p>En 2014, l&rsquo;augmentation salariale moyenne a \u00e9t\u00e9 moins importante pour les employ\u00e9s (1,6%) que pour les cadres (2,1%). En 2013 cette tendance \u00e9tait invers\u00e9e. De fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, on constate que les salaires sont mod\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 tous les niveaux, tant pour les employ\u00e9s que pour les cadres. La faible augmentation pour les employ\u00e9s en 2014 s&rsquo;explique essentiellement par l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;augmentations salariales collectives au-dessus de l&rsquo;index, qui ont souvent \u00e9t\u00e9 convenues dans les CCT les ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes.<\/p>\n<h2>L&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat pour la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable augmente<\/h2>\n<p>Enfin, soulignons que la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable suscite de plus en plus d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat. 75% des travailleurs per\u00e7oivent actuellement une forme de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration variable, notamment gr\u00e2ce aux avantages fiscaux offerts par la CCT 90.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les salaires ont connu leur augmentation la plus faible ces 4 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, cons\u00e9quence des mesures du gouvernement sortant et du climat \u00e9conomique incertain.
