La th\u00e9matique RH gagne les premiers rangs de l\u2019actualit\u00e9. C\u2019est une tendance lourde. A ce stade cependant, la seule interrogation pertinente me semble \u00eatre la suivante\u00a0: le mod\u00e8le low cost est-il vraiment incompatible avec un People Management de qualit\u00e9\u00a0?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Entendons-nous\u2026 Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019un People Management de qualit\u00e9\u00a0?\u00a0Un mod\u00e8le que je qualifierais volontiers de \u2018moderne\u2019\u2026 Ce qui veut dire\u00a0? En phase avec son temps, attentif aux aspirations en mati\u00e8re d\u2019autonomie, de bien-\u00eatre, de d\u00e9veloppement individuel et de relations \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es entre coll\u00e8gues malgr\u00e9 la hi\u00e9rarchie et la pression des r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n<p>Abordons maintenant la question\u2026 Le low cost et ses exigences, voire sa philosophie, d\u2019extr\u00eame rentabilit\u00e9 semble ne pas s\u2019embarrasser des questions que se posent les entreprises traditionnelles face aux difficult\u00e9s de positionnement de tr\u00e8s nombreux travailleurs vis-\u00e0-vis de l\u2019entreprise. Violences physiques et morales, gestions des plannings en dehors de toute consid\u00e9ration pour le bien-\u00eatre, situations d\u2019\u00e9puisement innombrables\u2026 Est-ce une fatalit\u00e9\u00a0? Absolument pas.<br \/>\nCe que ces entreprises dites \u2018low cost\u2019 exp\u00e9rimentent aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est la triple confrontation \u00e0 la nouvelle r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du People Management.<\/p>\n<p>Premier d\u00e9fi\u00a0: <strong><em>l\u2019explosion du volume d\u2019informations<\/em><\/strong> qui \u2018expose\u2019 aujourd\u2019hui toutes les entreprises aux yeux de monde entier, sur base du principe de la maison de verre. La transparence est absolue. Tout se sait, t\u00f4t ou tard. La notion de \u2018secret\u2019 est en train de dispara\u00eetre. Ce qui se passe dans les coins sombres d\u2019un entrep\u00f4t planqu\u00e9 en rase campagne peut d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre r\u00e9percut\u00e9 dans la presse nationale. Et ce n\u2019est pas en verrouillant la communication que ce risque ultra pr\u00e9sent pourra \u00eatre g\u00e9r\u00e9, que du contraire.<\/p>\n<p>Deuxi\u00e8me d\u00e9fi\u00a0: <strong><em>le leadership est souvent d\u00e9sempar\u00e9<\/em><\/strong> face aux demandes paradoxales de nos collaborateurs. Ils veulent de la guidance et de l\u2019autonomie. Ils veulent de l\u2019ambition et de la s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9. Ils veulent de la proximit\u00e9 et de la distance. Rien de profond\u00e9ment contradictoire au fond\u2026 mais ces attentes exigent de la part du leadership une adaptabilit\u00e9 terriblement difficile \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<p>Troisi\u00e8me d\u00e9fi\u00a0: la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de <strong><em>doper la strat\u00e9gie de l\u2019entreprise low cost<\/em> <\/strong>en lui greffant de l\u2019inspiration en mati\u00e8re de People Management. Fini le temps o\u00f9 la croissance \u00e0 deux chiffres et les r\u00e9sultats spectaculaires pouvaient se passer d\u2019un engagement courageux et sinc\u00e8re envers les femmes et les hommes qui font le boulot au quotidien. Nous le savons depuis longtemps. Tout le monde le sait d\u00e9sormais. A commencer par les patrons qui s\u2019investissent progressivement pour cultiver des relations abouties et durables avec chacun\/chacune\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Opportunit\u00e9 ou menace pour les professionnels du People Management\u00a0?
