Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Mensura indique que de trop nombreuses entreprises continuent de subir le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne plut\u00f4t que de s&rsquo;y attaquer de mani\u00e8re efficace.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019absent\u00e9isme au travail ne cesse d&rsquo;augmenter dans notre pays. Mais en d\u00e9pit des co\u00fbts importants qu&rsquo;il engendre, les entreprises laissent encore passer trop d&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9s de lutte contre ce probl\u00e8me.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><br \/>\nL&rsquo;\u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Mensura, Service externe de Pr\u00e9vention et de Protection au Travail, r\u00e9v\u00e8le que seule une petite minorit\u00e9 d&rsquo;entre elles r\u00e9agissent en mettant en \u0153uvre des proc\u00e9dures et des accords, et en offrant des possibilit\u00e9s de travail adapt\u00e9. \u00ab\u00a0Mieux comprendre l&rsquo;absent\u00e9isme aide les organisations \u00e0 \u00e9laborer une politique pr\u00e9ventive, destin\u00e9e \u00e0 mieux garantir le bien-\u00eatre des collaborateurs et r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de l&rsquo;absent\u00e9isme.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Selon cette enqu\u00eate, <em>\u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;absent\u00e9isme de longue dur\u00e9e et celui de courte dur\u00e9e repr\u00e9sentent ensemble en moyenne 2,6 % du total des co\u00fbts salariaux d&rsquo;une entreprise belge. Les employeurs doivent supporter non seulement des co\u00fbts directs lourds (le salaire garanti, les assurances et l\u2019ONSS), mais \u00e9galement des co\u00fbts indirects (notamment les remplacements, les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires et les pertes de production ou de qualit\u00e9).\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Besoin d&rsquo;une approche structurelle<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Surprenant constat ! L&rsquo;\u00e9tude de Mensura pr\u00e9tend que <em>\u00ab\u00a0plus de la moiti\u00e9 (55 %) des organisations interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9clarent ne pas conna\u00eetre leur pourcentage d&rsquo;absent\u00e9isme. Seule 1 entreprise sur 3 (34 %) a \u00e9labor\u00e9 des proc\u00e9dures et des accords en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;absent\u00e9isme. Et\u00a02 entreprises sur 3 (62 %) n&rsquo;offrent jamais de possibilit\u00e9s d&rsquo;effectuer un travail adapt\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><br \/>\nElle remarque aussi que 40 % des organisations qui ont une politique de pr\u00e9vention et de protection au travail \u00e9tablissent un lien avec leur politique d&rsquo;absent\u00e9isme.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Le stress g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par l&rsquo;organisation du travail<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Alors que les travailleurs estiment important de pouvoir intervenir dans l&rsquo;organisation du travail et dans la politique de l&rsquo;organisation, il s&rsquo;av\u00e8re que moins de la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux ont la possibilit\u00e9 de g\u00e9rer eux-m\u00eames leur travail (48 %) et de d\u00e9finir leur rythme de travail (42 %).\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les constats de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate autour de la th\u00e9matique du stress sont en ligne avec d&rsquo;autres analyses similaires : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des travailleurs (55 %) indiquent \u00eatre moyennement \u00e0 tr\u00e8s stress\u00e9s par leur travail. Pr\u00e8s de 1 sur 4 (23 %) d\u00e9clare ne parfois pas pouvoir ou ne jamais pouvoir g\u00e9rer de mani\u00e8re saine son niveau de stress. 78 % d\u00e9clarent que le travail entra\u00eene parfois ou souvent une contrainte mentale.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Gretel Schrijvers (DG Mensura) explique : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les conditions de travail et les facteurs qui influencent la sant\u00e9 physique et mentale des collaborateurs ont un impact direct sur les chiffres de l&rsquo;absent\u00e9isme. C&rsquo;est surtout au niveau de la gestion du stress, terreau du burn-out, qu\u2019il reste encore beaucoup de pain sur la planche. Le fait que moins de la moiti\u00e9 des entreprises belges \u00e9tablissent un lien logique entre pr\u00e9vention et absent\u00e9isme, montre que beaucoup de progr\u00e8s doivent encore \u00eatre faits.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00c0 propos de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Les chiffres de l\u2019\u00e9tude repris dans un livre blanc consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;absent\u00e9isme sont issus d&rsquo;une enqu\u00eate t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique men\u00e9e (quand ?) aupr\u00e8s de 2 230 employeurs et d&rsquo;une enqu\u00eate en ligne r\u00e9alis\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 1 913 travailleurs par le bureau d&rsquo;\u00e9tude externe Profacts.
