Sur les 751 employeurs belges interrog\u00e9s fin octobre par le sp\u00e9cialiste RH, 5% pr\u00e9voient d&rsquo;augmenter leurs effectifs d&rsquo;ici la fin du mois de mars tandis que 3% anticipent des licenciements. Pas de mouvement, donc, chez 88% d&rsquo;entre eux.<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>Sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi, l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2015 devrait d\u00e9marrer sur un mode mineur. Les entreprises cr\u00e9eront peu de nouveaux emplois mais elles sont aussi moins nombreuses \u00e0 vouloir r\u00e9duire leurs effectifs.  L\u2019absence de croissance \u00e9conomique p\u00e8se toujours sur les d\u00e9cisions d\u2019embaucher. Face au climat \u00e9conomique europ\u00e9en qui reste incertain, les employeurs se montrent doc toujours tr\u00e8s prudents.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019activit\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019int\u00e9rim ralentit quant \u00e0 elle depuis septembre. Si cette tendance se confirme, cela pourrait amorcer une dynamique n\u00e9gative plus profonde sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi en Belgique. <\/p>\n<h2>Recrutement limit\u00e9 dans les 3 r\u00e9gions<\/h2>\n<p>Les employeurs des trois r\u00e9gions du pays rapportent des perspectives d\u2019emploi positives pour le prochain trimestre. Les pr\u00e9visions restent cependant assez modestes : +3 \u00e0 Bruxelles et en Wallonie et +1 en Flandre. Par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, on observe un l\u00e9ger recul \u00e0 Bruxelles et en Flandre (de 2 et 3 points respectivement) et une am\u00e9lioration de 5 points en Wallonie (apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9gress\u00e9 pendant les deux derniers trimestres). En comparaison annuelle, la confiance des employeurs se renforce l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dans les trois r\u00e9gions.<\/p>\n<h2>Industrie manufacturi\u00e8re et Transport et logistique : les plus optimistes<\/h2>\n<p>Les perspectives d\u2019emploi sont positives dans 6 des 10 secteurs sond\u00e9s. Les employeurs des secteurs de l\u2019Industrie manufacturi\u00e8re (+7) et du Transport, de la logistique et des communications (+6), se montrent les plus positifs et rapportent leurs meilleures pr\u00e9visions depuis 3 ans.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019activit\u00e9 de recrutement devrait \u00eatre \u00e9galement mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment positive dans les secteurs de la Finance, de l\u2019assurance, de l\u2019immobilier et des services aux entreprises et de l\u2019Horeca (tous deux \u00e0 +4). Les intentions de recrutement sont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement positives dans les secteurs des Services publics, de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, de la sant\u00e9 et des services collectifs et des Industries extractives (tous deux \u00e0 +2) tandis que le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi devrait rester \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat dans le secteur du Commerce de gros et de d\u00e9tail.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019inverse, les pr\u00e9visions sont n\u00e9gatives dans trois secteurs : Electricit\u00e9, gaz et eau (-1), Construction (-3) et Agriculture et p\u00eache (-9).<\/p>\n<h2>D&rsquo;abord les grandes entreprises<\/h2>\n<p>Pour le premier trimestre 2015, ce sont les grandes entreprises (plus de 250 travailleurs) qui se montrent les plus optimistes (+17, 1 entreprise sur 5 sond\u00e9e pr\u00e9voit de nouveaux engagements). On trouve ensuite les petites entreprises (de 1\u00e0 \u00e0 49 travailleurs) et les moyennes entreprises (de 50 \u00e0 249 travailleurs) avec une Pr\u00e9vision Nette d\u2019Emploi de respectivement +10 et +8.
