Durant le troisi\u00e8me trimestre de 2014, le nombre de cr\u00e9dits octroy\u00e9s a connu une l\u00e9g\u00e8re diminution par rapport au m\u00eame trimestre de 2013. Ce n’est par contre pas le cas pour le montant des cr\u00e9dits octroy\u00e9s, puisque celui-ci a progress\u00e9. Tels sont les r\u00e9sultats du barom\u00e8tre trimestriel de Febelfin, f\u00e9d\u00e9ration belge du secteur financier.<\/div>\n

Au cours du troisi\u00e8me trimestre de 2014, le nombre de cr\u00e9dits octroy\u00e9s a connu une faible diminution par rapport au m\u00eame trimestre de l’ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente (-2,2%), mais le montant des cr\u00e9dits octroy\u00e9s a lui progress\u00e9 de 14,5% par rapport au m\u00eame trimestre de 2013.<\/p>\n

Les demandes de cr\u00e9dit restent, quant \u00e0 elles, relativement stables (-0,4%) mais leur montant a augment\u00e9 (+17%).<\/p>\n

Les pr\u00eats aux entreprises sont toujours soutenus par des taux d’int\u00e9r\u00eat relativement bas. Le taux d’int\u00e9r\u00eat moyen pond\u00e9r\u00e9 des nouveaux cr\u00e9dits bancaires aux entreprises a ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 de 2,49% au cours du troisi\u00e8me trimestre de 2014.<\/p>\n

Quant au volume des cr\u00e9dits utilis\u00e9s par les entreprises non financi\u00e8res belges, il \u00e9tait de 127,8 milliards d’euros \u00e0 la fin du troisi\u00e8me trimestre de 2014, soit environ 1 milliard de plus qu’\u00e0 la fin de l’ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n

Michel Vermaerke, administrateur d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 de Febelfin, commente: \u00ab Gr\u00e2ce au niveau historiquement bas atteint par les taux d’int\u00e9r\u00eat au cours du troisi\u00e8me trimestre de cette ann\u00e9e, les entreprises belges peuvent continuer \u00e0 emprunter \u00e0 bon prix, surtout par rapport aux pays voisins. Par contre, la tendance positive doit \u00eatre nuanc\u00e9e d\u00e8s lors que les demandes de cr\u00e9dit et, partant, le nombre de cr\u00e9dits octroy\u00e9s ont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diminu\u00e9. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
