Elle est annonc\u00e9e comme\u00a0la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tude analysant l\u2019engagement au niveau de l\u2019\u00e9quipe plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 celui de chaque salari\u00e9. Cette \u00e9tude est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en collaboration notamment avec le groupe Oracle qui saisit l&rsquo;occasion pour challenger les d\u00e9partements RH invit\u00e9s \u00e0 <em>\u00ab\u00a0passer enfin \u00e0 un r\u00f4le plus strat\u00e9gique<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude pr\u00e9cit\u00e9e analyse le fonctionnement des \u00e9quipes au regard des facteurs pouvant impacter le sentiment d\u2019engagement des salari\u00e9s, en les r\u00e9partissant dans quatre \u201czones d\u2019engagement\u201d :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>La zone d\u2019engagement :<\/em><\/strong> elle concerne les \u00e9quipes productives et proactives dans la r\u00e9solution des probl\u00e8mes, qui ont la volont\u00e9 de travailler ensemble.<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>La zone de d\u00e9sengagement :<\/em><\/strong> elle concerne les \u00e9quipes non productives dans lesquelles les salari\u00e9s se per\u00e7oivent comme victimes du syst\u00e8me, pr\u00e9f\u00e9rant souvent travailler de fa\u00e7on individuelle plut\u00f4t que collective.<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>La zone de pseudo-engagement :<\/em><\/strong> elle concerne les \u00e9quipes productives mais dans lesquelles les salari\u00e9s sont centr\u00e9s sur eux-m\u00eames, pr\u00e9f\u00e9rant se mettre en avant aupr\u00e8s des managers plut\u00f4t que de contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite globale de l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/li>\n<li><strong><em>La zone de contentement :<\/em><\/strong> elle concerne les \u00e9quipes qui ne font que le strict minimum pour pouvoir rentrer chez soi \u201csatisfait\u201d, plut\u00f4t que de s\u2019impliquer \u00e0 fond et de chercher de nouvelles pistes pour faire progresser l\u2019entreprise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Avec une meilleure compr\u00e9hension des interactions entre de multiples facteurs tels que les m\u00e9thodes de management, les structures d\u2019\u00e9quipe, la diversit\u00e9 ou encore les relations entre salari\u00e9s, les responsables des RH b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d\u2019une nouvelle vision qui les aidera \u00e0 jouer un r\u00f4le plus proactif dans la gestion des probl\u00e8mes d\u2019engagement sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 chaque \u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n<p>A la lumi\u00e8re des premi\u00e8res observations, Oracle veut inviter les responsables des ressources humaines \u00e0 cesser de se concentrer exclusivement sur les processus RH pour commencer \u00e0 jouer un r\u00f4le plus strat\u00e9gique dans le pilotage de la performance des \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n<p>Olivier Fecherolle, Directeur Business D\u00e9veloppement Solutions RH pour l\u2019Europe chez Oracle, d\u00e9clare : <em>\u201cAlors que les conseils d\u2019administration incitent les RH \u00e0 jouer un r\u00f4le plus strat\u00e9gique, beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9quipes RH restent dans leur zone de confort en se limitant \u00e0 accompagner les activit\u00e9s traditionnelles. Ces activit\u00e9s sont bien s\u00fbr cruciales, mais elles ne contribuent pas directement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019une campagne marketing r\u00e9ussie, ni \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des ventes, ni \u00e0 aucun des indicateurs par lesquels une entreprise mesure sa r\u00e9ussite. En s\u2019appuyant sur tout le potentiel des syst\u00e8mes RH int\u00e9gr\u00e9s, les professionnels des RH doivent sortir de leur zone de confort et travailler plus \u00e9troitement avec chaque entit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise pour les aider \u00e0 mobiliser des \u00e9quipes productives et engag\u00e9es.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Une version mise \u00e0 jour du HR Business Partner en quelque sorte ?
