Une confirmation en guise d&rsquo;entame : la flexibilit\u00e9 devient un crit\u00e8re d\u00e9terminant dans le choix d\u2019un employeur.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Pendant longtemps, la pr\u00e9sence physique des collaborateurs sur le lieu de travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme essentielle au bon fonctionnement d\u2019une entreprise. Mais les usages ont consid\u00e9rablement \u00e9volu\u00e9 : aujourd\u2019hui, 63% des candidats en recherche active d\u2019emploi consid\u00e8rent qu\u2019ils n\u2019ont pas besoin d\u2019\u00eatre assis derri\u00e8re leur \u00e9cran, \u00e0 leur bureau, pour s\u2019acquitter de leur charge de travail.\u00a0A c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la politique salariale, de la gestion des carri\u00e8res et du d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences, la flexibilit\u00e9 s\u2019est impos\u00e9e comme un pilier incontournable dans la gestion des ressources humaines. Aujourd\u2019hui, la flexibilit\u00e9 inclut deux volets. Le premier concerne la mise en place de mod\u00e8les d\u2019organisation du travail qui rendent l\u2019entreprise plus agile \u2013 via notamment l\u2019int\u00e9rim, les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires ou d\u2019autres instruments sp\u00e9cifiques. Le second vise \u00e0 offrir aux salari\u00e9s des arrangements autour du temps ou du lieu de travail en r\u00e9pondant de fa\u00e7on innovante aux attentes en mati\u00e8re de mobilit\u00e9 et d\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre la vie professionnelle la vie priv\u00e9e.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pour pr\u00e8s de 40% des personnes interrog\u00e9es (38%) dans les 19 pays sond\u00e9s, la flexibilit\u00e9 au travail est d\u00e9terminante dans le choix d\u2019un employeur. La nature de la fonction (53%) et le salaire (59%) sont les seuls crit\u00e8res qui figurent plus haut dans la liste de leurs priorit\u00e9s. Dans certains pays, le facteur \u00ab flexibilit\u00e9 \u00bb a m\u00eame progress\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re impressionnante, \u00e0 hauteur de 20 \u00e0 30%, en un an seulement. On observe une tendance similaire en Belgique, o\u00f9 les questions relatives \u00e0 la flexibilit\u00e9 reviennent syst\u00e9matiquement lors des entretiens de recrutement.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Quand je veux, o\u00f9 je veux&#8230;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Horaires flexibles, t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s ou sabbatiques, travail en pause (shifts) \u00e0 la carte, souplesse de travail pour aidants proches, \u2026 si la notion de flexibilit\u00e9 recouvre des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s diverses chez les candidats interrog\u00e9s, 26% des r\u00e9pondants citent en premier lieu la souplesse en mati\u00e8re d\u2019horaires, suivie de pr\u00e8s (22%) par la possibilit\u00e9 de travailler depuis chez soi ou tout autre endroit qu\u2019ils auraient choisi.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Autrefois principalement associ\u00e9e au salariat f\u00e9minin, la flexibilit\u00e9 est en passe de s\u2019affranchir de la question du genre. Dans la plupart des pays sur lesquels porte l\u2019\u00e9tude, les candidats masculins sont de plus en plus nombreux \u00e0 citer le facteur &lsquo;flexibilit\u00e9&rsquo; dans leurs crit\u00e8res de choix d\u2019une entreprise. Une progression observ\u00e9e en Australie (40%, +12% par rapport \u00e0 2015) ou aux Etats-Unis (43%,+ 7%). Au niveau mondial, ce crit\u00e8re est encore davantage pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9 par les femmes (55%), contre 45% pour les hommes.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019une fa\u00e7on plus large, toutes les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations sont concern\u00e9es. Conscients \u00e0 84% que leur carri\u00e8re ne sera pas lin\u00e9aire, la majorit\u00e9 des millennials interrog\u00e9s citent la flexibilit\u00e9 comme un crit\u00e8re pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rant dans le choix d\u2019un employeur. Les baby-boomers (50-65 ans) la recherchent \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s largement. La flexibilit\u00e9 leur a permis d\u2019adapter leur emploi du temps et de continuer \u00e0 travailler, parfois \u00e0 temps partiel, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e2ge de la retraite. Enfin, si l\u2019enqu\u00eate met en lumi\u00e8re certaines diff\u00e9rences li\u00e9es au secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es, tous sont concern\u00e9s par cette demande de plus en plus forte.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Adapter la strat\u00e9gie RH<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 cette tendance de fond, les employeurs doivent se saisir de cette opportunit\u00e9 pour adapter leur strat\u00e9gie, et ainsi agir sur leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 attirer, recruter et fid\u00e9liser les talents au sein de leur organisation. En un mot, la flexibilit\u00e9 est devenue un pilier de l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 de la marque d\u2019employeur.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce\u00a0nouveau white paper \u2018Work, for Me\u00a0\u00bb, les analystes rappellent que <em>\u00ab\u00a0cette transition ne se limite \u00e0 la mise en place de d\u2019une plus grande souplesse au niveau des horaires ou de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.
