Le ‘Learning Award’ by Epsilon sera \u00e0 nouveau d\u00e9cern\u00e9 lors de 29\u00e8me HRM Night\u00a9 le 22 mars 2018! Parce que le partage, l\u2019\u00e9change et la mise en lumi\u00e8re de ce type de projets en mati\u00e8re de \u201cLearning & Development\u201d sont des objectifs poursuivis par le Groupe Epsilon asbl, le \u201cLearning Award 2018\u201d constitue une tr\u00e8s belle occasion de valoriser vos actions et vos \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n

2017. Lors de l\u2019\u00e9dition 2017, deux projets inspirants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9s\u00a0:
\nPrix du Jury : \u201cSBAR: un petit geste pour le soignant, un grand pas pour le patient\u201d \u2013 CHU Brugmann
\nPrix du Public\u00a0: \u201cLeadership 4.0 @ IBA\u00a0: \u00a0Better, Faster, Stronger, Together\u201d \u2013 IBA<\/p>\n

Cette ann\u00e9e un th\u00e8me sera au centre du \u00ab\u00a0Learning Award\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Ceci n\u2019est pas une formation\u00a0\u00bb.
\nDigital, blended learning, intelligence collective, hackathon, m\u00e9thodes agiles, gamification, classes invers\u00e9es, coaching, etc. le domaine du d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences professionnelles \u00e9volue. La diff\u00e9renciation des m\u00e9thodes d\u2019apprentissage et d\u2019accompagnement favorise la progression des collaborateurs, des \u00e9quipes et des organisations. Alors \u00e0 l\u2019image de la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre \u0153uvre de Magritte, n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 partager vos projets innovants et inspirants lors de cette nouvelle \u00e9dition\u00a0!<\/p>\n
