Cette tendance est identique pour ceux qui peuvent choisir quand ils travaillent.<\/p>\n<p>Or, 56% des travailleurs belges indiquent n\u2019avoir que peu ou pas de flexibilit\u00e9 concernant le lieu et les heures de travail. Pire, seuls 17% ont leur mot \u00e0 dire quant au lieu et aux heures de travail. Il s\u2019agit principalement des,  des travailleurs de moins de 50 ans et des personnes ayant une formation sup\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n<p>Pourtant, il est frappant que vouloir et pouvoir travailler plus longtemps est influenc\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e2ge et le statut du travailleur, mais que pouvoir choisir o\u00f9 et quand on travaille a un impact encore plus important.<\/p>\n<h2>Effets du travail flexible sur l\u2019entreprise et le travailleur<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate a \u00e9galement montr\u00e9 que les organisations qui proposent des heures de travail flexibles sont plus innovantes. Elles signalent une meilleure position sur le march\u00e9 que leurs concurrentes. Elles indiquent aussi un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, \u00e0 condition d\u2019employer plus de travailleurs f\u00e9minins que masculins.
