De la th\u00e9orie \u00e0 la pratique… Alors que nous sortons de l’exercice de r\u00e9flexion men\u00e9 par les partenaires sociaux \u00e0 l’initiative des ADP Li\u00e8ge et Hainaut autour de l’avenir de la concertation sociale, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 quotidienne nous rattrape. Le conflit \u00e0 la FN Herstal s’est enlis\u00e9. A un point tel que le gouvernement wallon (en tant qu’actionnaire) se voit ‘contraint’ de prendre un r\u00f4le d’interm\u00e9diaire afin de tenter de renouer le dialogue…<\/p>\n

En effet, ce lundi 30 octobre, le Gouvernement wallon repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par le Ministre-Pr\u00e9sident Willy Borsus et le Ministre de l\u2019Economie Pierre-Yves Jeholet, a rencontr\u00e9 la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des m\u00e9tallos FGTB de Li\u00e8ge-Luxembourg et la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation FGTB de la FN Herstal.
\nLe Cabinet du Ministre Pr\u00e9sident Wallon pr\u00e9cise : \u00ab\u00a0\u00c0 la suite de cet \u00e9change, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 convenu que le Gouvernement invitera la direction et la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation syndicale \u00e0 reprendre la concertation, tant sur le rapprochement des statuts que sur le Plan de transformation industrielle (notamment la flexibilit\u00e9 de l\u2019organisation du travail), en vue d\u2019une conclusion pour la fin de cette ann\u00e9e.\u00a0D\u00e8s que le contact sera renou\u00e9, la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation proposera la reprise du travail lors de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e du personnel de ce mardi.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n
