Au menu du questionnaire : les conditions de travail, la pression au travail et la flexibilit\u00e9, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur le lieu de travail et l\u2019impact de l\u2019emploi sur la sant\u00e9. Selon le syndicat, elle montre que les limites de la flexibilit\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 atteintes. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Il faut repenser en profondeur l\u2019organisation et le temps de travail. Il est grand temps de faire marche arri\u00e8re par rapport \u00e0 la d\u00e9shumanisation du travail.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Principal enseignement relev\u00e9 par la FGTB : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019enqu\u00eate d\u00e9montrent qu\u2019il ne faut plus se contenter de faire des constats. Il faut repenser en profondeur l\u2019organisation et le temps de travail !\u00a0\u00bb <\/em>Pourquoi et comment ? Voici les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de lecture propos\u00e9s par les experts du syndicat socialiste.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Au bout d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me&#8230;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Le travail est d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s flexible : journ\u00e9es extensibles, heures suppl\u00e9mentaires, horaires atypiques, temps partiels\u2026 La charge de travail pour certains est trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e, ou les effectifs insuffisants \u00e0 ce point qu\u2019il n\u2019y a d\u2019autre choix que de faire des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires (parfois ni pay\u00e9es ni r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9es). En outre, le temps partiel est tr\u00e8s largement contraint. En majorit\u00e9, ceux qui auraient la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019augmenter leur temps de travail le feraient volontiers.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des travailleurs craignent pour leur emploi. Cette ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi ou ce sentiment d\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9, facteur de stress, n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessairement li\u00e9e \u00e0 la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 des statuts.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pour 80% des r\u00e9pondants, l\u2019organisation du travail a un impact n\u00e9gatif sur la sant\u00e9 physique ou mentale. En cause, principalement la non adaptation du travail \u00e0 l\u2019homme : 66,3% des r\u00e9pondants ne peuvent adapter l\u2019organisation de leur travail en cas de fatigue physique ou psychique, ce qui va \u00e0 l\u2019encontre du principe m\u00eame de travail faisable et travail soutenable.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>D\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre priv\u00e9\/professionnel<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les technologies modernes de communication estompent la fronti\u00e8re entre travail et vie priv\u00e9e. Elles contribuent au technostress et pas uniquement chez les cadres. La responsabilit\u00e9 des entreprises dans cette situation ressort \u00e0 travers les r\u00e9ponses sur la politique de pr\u00e9vention \u2013 ou de r\u00e9int\u00e9gration &#8211; qui s\u2019av\u00e8re largement d\u00e9ficiente. Il en r\u00e9sulte le sentiment largement partag\u00e9 que le travail dans ces conditions n\u2019est pas soutenable jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de la retraite.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Inqui\u00e9tant \u00e9galement, les politiques de l\u2019employeur en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9vention des risques psychosociaux et de retour au travail des travailleurs en maladie de longue dur\u00e9e ou en incapacit\u00e9 sont inconnus des travailleurs.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Parmi les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de mesure retenus par la FGTB, citons les quelques donn\u00e9es relatives au temps de travail :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les horaires varient r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour 16% des travailleurs \u00e0 temps plein interrog\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Le travail \u00e0 temps partiel concerne 44,2% des femmes et 13,8% des hommes.<\/li>\n<li>La part de travailleurs exer\u00e7ant le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail a augment\u00e9 entre notre enqu\u00eate de 2014 et celle de 2017, de 6,2% \u00e0 9,8%.<\/li>\n<li>76,6% de travailleurs de l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillon prestent plus d\u2019heures que pr\u00e9vu dans leur contrat. Pour 23,0% des travailleurs les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires ne sont ni pay\u00e9es ni r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>41,7% des questionn\u00e9s r\u00e9pondent clairement qu\u2019ils ne sentent pas capables physiquement et\/ou mentalement d\u2019exercer leur fonction actuelle jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de la pension.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En ce qui concerne la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d&#8217;emploi :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>53,4% des r\u00e9pondants disent qu\u2019ils sont inquiets pour leur avenir dans leur entreprise. C\u2019est dans le secteur des activit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res et d\u2019assurances qu\u2019ils sont les plus nombreux \u00e0 l\u2019affirmer (61,9% des r\u00e9pondants du secteur), viennent ensuite le secteur de l\u2019information et de la communication (60,7% des r\u00e9pondants du secteur) et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9\/gardiennage avec 57,0% des r\u00e9pondants du secteur.<\/li>\n<li>53,3% des travailleurs ressentent le besoin de v\u00e9rifier leurs messages professionnels en dehors des heures de travail.
