Une initiative lanc\u00e9e en 2016 et salu\u00e9e par Didier Gosuin, Ministre de l\u2019\u00e9conomie de l\u2019emploi et de la formation professionnelle. Celle-ci se d\u00e9veloppe \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle &#8211; six stagiaires cette ann\u00e9e &#8211; mais devrait inspirer les entreprises et organismes confront\u00e9s aux probl\u00e9matiques de p\u00e9nuries notamment.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9cembre 2016, apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e de formation chez Interface3, Bruxelles Formation et Veolia, six stagiaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9es par Veolia en tant qu\u2019\u00e9lectricienne industrielle. Cette formation a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconduite en 2017. Actuellement, six femmes effectuent leur stage en entreprise. Une nouvelle formation va d\u00e9buter en janvier 2018. Bruxelles Formation le constate au quotidien : les femmes ne sont pas l\u00e9gion dans certaines formations et les hommes dans d\u2019autres. Et le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 n\u2019\u00e9chappe pas aux st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes de genres. Chez Veolia, les femmes repr\u00e9sentent 7% des m\u00e9tiers techniques, l\u2019entreprise met un point d\u2019honneur \u00e0 faire augmenter ce chiffre consid\u00e9rant que ces m\u00e9tiers ne sont pas uniquement accessibles aux hommes.<\/p>\n<p>De nombreuses entreprises publiques ou priv\u00e9es mettent en place des plans visant \u00e0 promouvoir la diversit\u00e9 au sein de leur personnel. Encore faut-il trouver les personnes comp\u00e9tentes. En effet, s\u2019il est d\u00e9j\u00e0 difficile de recruter un \u00e9lectricien industriel au vu de la p\u00e9nurie actuelle dans le secteur, recruter une \u00e9lectricienne industrielle rel\u00e8ve de l\u2019impossible. Pour contrer cet \u00e9tat de fait, Bruxelles Formation et Interface3 ont donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de conjuguer leurs domaines d\u2019expertise respectifs afin de proposer une formation qualifiante d\u2019\u00e9lectricienne industrielle. Durant ce parcours de formation, Interface3 se charge de la s\u00e9lection des candidates, de la pr\u00e9formation et des \u00ab soft skills \u00bb, Bruxelles Formation assure la partie technique de la formation et Veolia propose un stage.<\/p>\n<p>Veolia, qui assure entre autres la maintenance des installations chez des clients tels que les Institutions Europ\u00e9ennes, \u00ab int\u00e8grera les stagiaires dans ses \u00e9quipes pour leur montrer le c\u00f4t\u00e9 pratique de ce qu\u2019elles auront vu en th\u00e9orie \u00bb explique G\u00e9rald Roy, CEO de Veolia. <em>\u00ab Veolia veut f\u00e9d\u00e9rer ses collaborateurs autour de valeurs fortes telles que le respect, la responsabilit\u00e9 et la diversit\u00e9. \u00catre au c\u0153ur de cette formation, c\u2019est d\u00e9montrer que nos m\u00e9tiers sont accessibles aux femmes et marquer l\u2019importance que nous portons au respect des diff\u00e9rences et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances.
