En Grande-Bretagne et en Belgique,\u00a0la scale-up Intuo a ajout\u00e9 \u00a0\u00e0 sa plateforme de gestion des talents un test en ligne sur la culture d\u2019entreprise, qui analyse dans quelle mesure celle-ci constitue le terreau des burn-out.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 tous les efforts des entreprises pour choyer le plus possible leurs travailleurs et pour contribuer au bien-\u00eatre au travail gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des programmes ax\u00e9s sur le sport et une alimentation saine, on constate avec effroi que l\u2019an dernier, selon les chiffres de l\u2019INAMI, pratiquement 400 000 personnes \u00e9taient depuis plus d&rsquo;un an \u00e0 la maison. Pour beaucoup d\u2019entre elles, en raison d\u2019un burn-out. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Des jeux de fl\u00e9chettes, des corbeilles de fruits et des tables de ping-pong n\u2019ont aucun effet s\u2019ils ne font que redorer en surface le blason d&rsquo;une culture d\u2019entreprise malsaine\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Tim Clauwaert, CEO d\u2019Intuo. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les entreprises o\u00f9 les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires et le travail du week-end sont la norme, sans offrir suffisamment de reconnaissance en \u00e9change, ne pourront s\u2019en prendre qu\u2019\u00e0 elles-m\u00eames le jour o\u00f9 elles devront faire face \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes de burn-out. En d\u2019autres termes : tant que veiller au bien-\u00eatre des travailleurs n\u2019est pas l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment prioritaire de la culture d\u2019entreprise, nous continuerons de constater beaucoup de probl\u00e8mes dans ce domaine.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Pr\u00e9sent\u00e9isme n\u00e9faste.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 gantoise a analys\u00e9 la culture d\u2019entreprise en Grande-Bretagne et en Belgique au moyen d\u2019un test (Company Culture Test). Par ce biais, l\u2019entreprise a sond\u00e9 le feed-back, la responsabilit\u00e9, l\u2019autonomie, la reconnaissance et le soutien. Des 1 300 r\u00e9ponses obtenues, Intuo a conclu que 9 % des travailleurs britanniques risquaient un burn-out d\u00fb \u00e0 la culture d\u2019entreprise, alors que ce chiffre s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8verait \u00e0 5 % en Belgique. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le pourcentage \u00e9lev\u00e9 constat\u00e9 en Grande-Bretagne est surtout d\u00fb au ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne du pr\u00e9sent\u00e9isme.\u00a0Cela signifie que les travailleurs, par peur de perdre leur emploi, arrivent plus t\u00f4t sur le lieu de travail, restent plus longtemps qu&rsquo;ils le doivent et ont m\u00eame du mal \u00e0 oser se mettre en cong\u00e9 maladie.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Exp\u00e9rience collaborateur.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour prendre le probl\u00e8me \u00e0 la racine, insiste Intuo, les entreprises doivent oser investir dans une culture d\u2019entreprise qui r\u00e9pond aux besoins fondamentaux de chaque \u00eatre humain : autonomie, comp\u00e9tence et relation. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Des \u00e9tudes ont prouv\u00e9 que la culture d\u2019entreprise \u00e9tait responsable de 30 % des diff\u00e9rences dans les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019entreprise.\u00a0C\u2019est la raison pour laquelle les organisations doivent r\u00e9ellement analyser leur culture et, si n\u00e9cessaire, prendre des mesures pour l\u2019adapter, afin que les travailleurs vivent une v\u00e9ritable \u00ab\u00a0employee exp\u00e9rience\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La probl\u00e9matique li\u00e9e au nombre important de burn-out reste d\u2019une actualit\u00e9 br\u00fblante.
