Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette nouvelle technologie, les candidats pourront d\u00e9couvrir le quotidien d&rsquo;un conseiller int\u00e9rimaire &lsquo;comme s&rsquo;ils y \u00e9taient&rsquo;.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cVirtual Reality est une plateforme qui\u00a0nous permet de pr\u00e9senter dans des conditions id\u00e9ales le quotidien du job de conseiller aux jeunes candidats\u00a0int\u00e9ress\u00e9s. Cette initiative fait partie de notre grand projet de mutation num\u00e9rique. Dans ce cadre, nous lancerons non\u00a0seulement de nouveaux sites internet, mais nous d\u00e9ploierons aussi les technologies les plus r\u00e9centes\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, comme l&rsquo;explique\u00a0Hans Smellinckx, Marketing &amp; Business Development Manager chez t-groep.<\/p>\n<p>T-groep aura d\u00e9sormais recours \u00e0 la Virtual Reality (VR) dans le cadre de son processus de recrutement de collaborateurs internes. Cette technologie permet aux candidats de d\u00e9couvrir en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle le quotidien d&rsquo;un conseiller int\u00e9rimaire, ainsi que de pouvoir voir le d\u00e9roulement d\u2019un entretien et de comprendre l\u2019importance d\u2019un entretien afin de trouver le meilleur candidat pour une entreprise. Cette technologie d\u00e9finit un cadre th\u00e9orique et le concr\u00e9tise au travers d&rsquo;une\u00a0immersion r\u00e9aliste.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le d\u00e9veloppement et l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de la VR dans le processus de recrutement et de s\u00e9lection de nouveaux collaborateurs internes, t-groep a collabor\u00e9 avec la start-up malinoise Reality Matters, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle et en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e9ronique Brasseur, Directrice HR chez t-groep: <em>\u201cPour un &lsquo;starter&rsquo;, il n&rsquo;est pas simple d&rsquo;imaginer le job d&rsquo;un conseiller int\u00e9rimaire.
