Selon une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 10.000 travailleurs par un important service externe de Pr\u00e9vention, 1 travailleur sur 3 est victime de comportement inappropri\u00e9 au travail. Il est urgent de refixer des limites quant aux comportements acceptables, pour les employeurs et les travailleurs.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Selon des chiffres r\u00e9cents de Mensura, quelque 34% des travailleurs ont fait l\u2019objet de harc\u00e8lement, discrimination, comportement sexuel inacceptable ou agression une ou plusieurs fois au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e. Ces formes de comportement inappropri\u00e9 constituent une menace pour le bien-\u00eatre, la sant\u00e9 mentale et physique des travailleurs concern\u00e9s et n\u00e9cessitent une approche ad hoc.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le plus fr\u00e9quent : le comportement agressif<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le Service externe de Pr\u00e9vention a interrog\u00e9 plus de 10.000 travailleurs sur les facteurs psychosociaux au travail, dont la manifestation d\u2019une forme de comportement inacceptable comme le harc\u00e8lement, la discrimination, l\u2019intimit\u00e9 d\u00e9plac\u00e9e ou l\u2019agression. Un bon tiers des personnes interrog\u00e9es a r\u00e9pondu positivement. L\u2019agression, physique ou verbale, est le comportement inappropri\u00e9 le plus fr\u00e9quent sur le lieu de travail. 25% d\u00e9clarent y avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9s l\u2019an dernier. 13% disent avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes de harc\u00e8lement et de discrimination, 2% de comportement sexuel ind\u00e9sirable.<\/p>\n<p>Les moins de 25 ans sont les moins touch\u00e9s: 27% d\u2019entre eux seulement ont subi une ou plusieurs formes de comportement inacceptable l\u2019an dernier contre 38% des 45-54 ans (le pourcentage le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9). Les femmes sont plus touch\u00e9es que les hommes: 37% des femmes interrog\u00e9es d\u00e9clarent avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 victimes de comportement ind\u00e9sirable au moins une fois durant cette p\u00e9riode, contre 32% des hommes.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Fixer des limites, une obligation partag\u00e9e<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le comportement inappropri\u00e9 au travail a un impact sur le bien-\u00eatre des travailleurs et par cons\u00e9quent sur l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Heidi Henkens, psychologue chez Mensura: <em>\u201cDepuis 2014, la l\u00e9gislation oblige les employeurs \u00e0 instaurer une politique de pr\u00e9vention afin de limiter les risques psychosociaux. Le comportement inacceptable demeure un des probl\u00e8mes psychosociaux les plus difficiles \u00e0 combattre sur le lieu de travail. Les chiffres le prouvent. Nous conseillons, outre la mise en place d\u2019une politique de pr\u00e9vention qui fixe clairement les limites sociales g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement accept\u00e9es, de pouvoir discuter du comportement inappropri\u00e9 avec les employeurs et les travailleurs. Tout le monde a int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 ce que l\u2019ambiance de travail et la satisfaction professionnelle soient les meilleures possibles, ce qui r\u00e9duira le nombre d\u2019absences pour maladie.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Outre le r\u00f4le essentiel de l\u2019employeur, les victimes ont elles aussi un r\u00f4le important \u00e0 jouer. <em>\u201cIl est indispensable de fixer les limites. La victime doit pouvoir exprimer son sentiment de d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ment, d\u2019irritation ou de peur et faire clairement comprendre que les limites ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pass\u00e9es.
