Objectif : mesurer simultan\u00e9ment le niveau de maturit\u00e9 de nos organisations sur le plan RH comme sur celui de la prise en charge du bien-\u00eatre. Premi\u00e8re conclusion : le bien-\u00eatre semble bel et bien \u00eatre d\u00e9laiss\u00e9 lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de d\u00e9terminer les priorit\u00e9s de l&rsquo;entreprise. Second enseignement: le niveau de maturit\u00e9 de la gestion du volet humain reste li\u00e9 \u00e0 la taille de l&rsquo;organisation.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La grande majorit\u00e9 des entreprises belges sont matures sur le plan des RH, \u2028tandis que le Bien-\u00eatre reste en retrait.\u00a0Il ressort d\u2019une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par Attentia aupr\u00e8s des managers RH et conseillers en pr\u00e9vention de 300 entreprises belges diff\u00e9rentes que, dans 57 % des entreprises, il y a encore du chemin \u00e0 faire en mati\u00e8re de Bien-\u00eatre. Elles s\u2019en sortent nettement mieux au niveau des RH, et ce malgr\u00e9 un pourcentage de 27 % d\u2019entreprises qui ne s\u2019estiment pas matures sur ce plan. Comme on pouvait s\u2019y attendre, il s\u2019agit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u2019entreprises de plus petite taille, m\u00eame si de nombreuses grandes entreprises peuvent encore s\u2019am\u00e9liorer.<\/p>\n<p>Attentia a organis\u00e9 le <em>&lsquo;Test national RH et Bien-\u00eatre&rsquo;<\/em> afin de sensibiliser davantage les entreprises \u00e0 l\u2019importance d\u2019une politique RH et Bien-\u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9e. Il ressort de cette \u00e9tude, \u00e0 laquelle plus de 300 professionnels des RH et du Bien-\u00eatre issus de 300 entreprises belges diff\u00e9rentes, que :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>43 % des entreprises sont matures en mati\u00e8re de RH et de Bien-\u00eatre ;<\/li>\n<li>26 % ne sont matures dans aucun de ces domaines ;<\/li>\n<li>73 % des entreprises sont matures en mati\u00e8re des RH ;<\/li>\n<li>30 % d\u2019entre elles sont uniquement matures en mati\u00e8re des RH ;<\/li>\n<li>43 % des entreprises sont matures en mati\u00e8re de Bien-\u00eatre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les entreprises belges matures sur le plan du Bien-\u00eatre (43 %) restent moins nombreuses que celles matures en mati\u00e8re des RH (73 %). <em>\u00ab\u00a0En Belgique, les entreprises sont l\u00e9galement tenues d\u2019\u00e9tablir un plan d\u2019action annuel et un plan de pr\u00e9vention global. Toutefois, pour avoir un impact sur le bien-\u00eatre de leurs collaborateurs et sur leurs r\u00e9sultats d\u2019entreprise, elles devraient aller bien plus loin, en r\u00e9alisant par exemple une analyse pouss\u00e9e des chiffres disponibles en mati\u00e8re de RH et de Bien-\u00eatre (comme les accidents du travail, absences, etc.). Elles pourront en extraire \u00e9norm\u00e9ment d\u2019informations et adopter des mesures cibl\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Sylvia Stevens, Product Manager Well-being chez Attentia.<\/p>\n<p>Tout n\u2019est cependant pas rose en ce qui concerne les RH : il ressort de l\u2019\u00e9tude que 27 % des entreprises ne s\u2019estiment pas matures sur ce plan. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Certaines entreprises ne r\u00e9alisent pas encore que le talent et les collaborateurs sont des ressources essentielles pour atteindre leurs objectifs. Le minimum l\u00e9gal pour les RH se limite \u00e0 une administration du personnel et du payroll correcte, et certaines entreprises ne vont pas plus loin\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Guy Van Hauwermeiren, Director Consulting chez Attentia.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>La difficult\u00e9 de g\u00e9rer l&rsquo;humain dans les PME : une fatalit\u00e9 ?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les petites entreprises sont souvent moins matures sur le plan des RH. Il semble \u00e9galement que la maturit\u00e9 au niveau du Bien-\u00eatre augmente \u00e0 proportion que l\u2019entreprise se d\u00e9veloppe. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les grandes entreprises commencent \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser que des investissements dans le capital humain portent leurs fruits. Bien souvent, ce n\u2019est pas encore le cas pour les PME. En outre, leurs priorit\u00e9s sont diff\u00e9rentes. Elles pr\u00e9voient chaque ann\u00e9e un budget sp\u00e9cifique consacr\u00e9 aux RH ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention et \u00e0 la protection. Bien souvent, ce n&rsquo;est pas possible de pr\u00e9voir un budget pour des initiatives suppl\u00e9mentaires. Dans les grandes organisations, la situation est diff\u00e9rente : elles disposent de plusieurs unit\u00e9s de pr\u00e9vention qu\u2019elles doivent utiliser et auront donc plus rapidement tendance \u00e0 mettre en place des initiatives en mati\u00e8re de Bien-\u00eatre<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, explique Sylvia Stevens.<\/p>\n<p>Il n\u2019y a pratiquement aucune entreprise qui est mature sur le plan du Bien-\u00eatre et pas en mati\u00e8re de RH, alors que l\u2019inverse est toutefois vrai. C\u2019est la preuve que les entreprises sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u2019abord matures au niveau des RH avant d\u2019\u00e9ventuellement investir dans le Bien-\u00eatre. En outre, le d\u00e9partement des RH fonctionne souvent ind\u00e9pendamment du d\u00e9partement en charge du bien-\u00eatre (ou de la pr\u00e9vention et de la protection), et c\u2019est dommage. Car une collaboration facilite la collecte de donn\u00e9es. Qui plus est, le fait de collaborer a \u00e9galement un effet m\u00e9lioratif sur les analyses. Il devient ainsi possible de d\u00e9tecter, de mani\u00e8re plus pr\u00e9cise et synoptique, les causes des \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer et de d\u00e9finir coll\u00e9gialement un plan d\u2019action pertinent.
