L\u2019analyse de bases de donn\u00e9es (Big Data), le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019applications et la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 sont les comp\u00e9tences IT les plus rares dans le Benelux. Tous les secteurs \u2013 et pas seulement celui des hautes technologies ou des fintechs \u2013 doivent batailler pour attirer le talent. Et sont donc pr\u00eates \u00e0 offrir des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es ou des bonus suppl\u00e9mentaires.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La demande de profils IT est certes consid\u00e9rable dans le Benelux. Elle l\u2019est aussi aux quatre coins de la plan\u00e8te. Quatre entreprises sur cinq (84%) dans le monde admettent avoir des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 attirer et \u00e0 retenir les bons professionnels de l\u2019informatique. L\u2019analyse de bases de donn\u00e9es (Big Data) reste en t\u00eate du top 3 mondial des comp\u00e9tences recherch\u00e9es, suivie par la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019applications.\u00a0L\u2019\u00e9tude identifie les principaux moyens que les entreprises dans le Benelux mettent en \u0153uvre pour attirer et retenir leurs profils IT.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Salaire et bonus en hausse.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>61%\u00a0des organisations sond\u00e9es sont pr\u00eates \u00e0 proposer un salaire sup\u00e9rieur aux normes du march\u00e9.<br \/>\n54%\u00a0des entreprises offrent une prime de march\u00e9, en l\u2019occurrence un montant mensuel suppl\u00e9mentaire qu\u2019elles sont dispos\u00e9es \u00e0 payer aux professionnels IT dans la mesure o\u00f9 leurs comp\u00e9tences sont cruciales pour leur entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Travail flexible, possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9volution et caract\u00e8re innovant.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>80 pour cent des entreprises dans le Benelux proposent des modalit\u00e9s de travail flexible aux professionnels IT. Cet incitant est, en moyenne, plus largement propos\u00e9 en Allemagne et en Europe occidentale.\u00a0Les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9volution et le d\u00e9veloppement personnel sont, dans le Benelux, des facteurs tout aussi importants pour attirer le talent IT.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les organisations font, par exemple, de leur caract\u00e8re innovant un facteur d\u2019attractivit\u00e9,\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> explique Michiel Klompen, High Tech Specialist chez Willis Towers Watson. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous voyons ainsi certaines entreprises organiser des comp\u00e9titions internes en vue de r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes IT strat\u00e9giques.
