Nos collaborateurs doivent savoir \u00e0 quel point nous appr\u00e9cions leur exp\u00e9rience et leur engagement, et je suis heureuse de pouvoir annoncer que IKEA Group versera un montant compl\u00e9mentaire aux plans de retraite de nos collaborateurs\u201d<\/em>, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Catherine Bendayan, Directrice G\u00e9n\u00e9rale chez IKEA Belgique.<\/p>\n<p>Tous ceux qui ont travaill\u00e9 pour IKEA Group au moins cinq ann\u00e9es cons\u00e9cutives sont en mesure de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du programme de fid\u00e9lisation Tack! \u2013 \u00ab\u00a0merci\u00a0\u00bb en su\u00e9dois \u2013 par lequel IKEA Group verse un montant annuel qui s&rsquo;ajoute \u00e0 leur pension existante. Tack! a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduit en 2013 et depuis, IKEA Group a consacr\u00e9 un total de 509 millions d&rsquo;euros au programme.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque collaborateur re\u00e7oit la m\u00eame somme, quelle que soit sa fonction ou son niveau de salaire, les collaborateurs \u00e0 temps partiel b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d&rsquo;un montant proportionnel aux heures travaill\u00e9es.\u00a0<em>\u201cPeu importe la place qu&rsquo;il occupe dans notre organisation, chaque collaborateur contribue \u00e0 notre r\u00e9ussite et \u00e0 notre croissance. C&rsquo;est pourquoi il est important de partager ce succ\u00e8s \u00e9quitablement\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> explique Catherine Bendayan.<\/p>\n<p>Le m\u00eame montant est accord\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les collaborateurs qui ont travaill\u00e9 pour IKEA au moins une ann\u00e9e fiscale compl\u00e8te. Apr\u00e8s cinq ann\u00e9es de service dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, les sommes accumul\u00e9es sont vers\u00e9es \u00e0 leur plan de retraite. Ensuite, chaque montant annuel est directement vers\u00e9 \u00e0 leur plan de retraite. Au total, 4.327 collaborateurs en Belgique seront heureux d&rsquo;apprendre que IKEA Group leur verse \u00e0 chacun 921,32 euros.\u00a0Le total global est r\u00e9parti entre tous les pays de IKEA Group proportionnellement au poids de chacun dans la masse salariale totale. Le montant d\u00e9pend des r\u00e9sultats globaux de IKEA Group au cours de l&rsquo;exercice fiscal pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.<\/p>\n<p>Pour souligner davantage l&rsquo;importance du r\u00f4le jou\u00e9 par le personnel, tous les collaborateurs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient du programme li\u00e9 aux performances, One IKEA Bonus.
