Cette ann\u00e9e, 10 nouvelles entreprises sont r\u00e9compens\u00e9es.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Qui sont les laur\u00e9ats 2017 ?<\/p>\n<p>1. AVS-TUD, entreprise de titres-services<br \/>\n2. CERP, filiale belge d\u2019Astera, groupe coop\u00e9ratif de pharmaciens associ\u00e9s<br \/>\n3. Setis, service de traduction et d\u2019interpr\u00e9tariat en milieu social bruxellois<br \/>\n4. Ac\u00e9lya, entreprise de titres-services<br \/>\n5. Belcco, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de nettoyage<br \/>\n6. Pfizer, entreprise pharmaceutique<br \/>\n7. Ferme nos Pilifs, entreprise de travail adapt\u00e9<br \/>\n8. La Loterie Nationale<br \/>\n9. Eurobussing, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de transport de personnes par route<br \/>\n10. Gammes, service de garde \u00e0 domicile<\/p>\n<p>Ces 10 entreprises ont pr\u00e9par\u00e9 et mis en \u0153uvre avec l\u2019aide d\u2019Actiris un plan diversit\u00e9. Celui-ci comprend une s\u00e9rie d\u2019actions permettant de tirer profit de la diversit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, l\u2019entreprise de titres-services Ac\u00e9lya a entre autres cr\u00e9\u00e9 une pi\u00e8ce de th\u00e9\u00e2tre dans laquelle les aides m\u00e9nag\u00e8res mettent en sc\u00e8ne les discriminations v\u00e9cues dans le cadre de leur travail mais aussi dans leur vie quotidienne. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Notre personnel a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait l\u2019objet de remarques racistes et nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu des demandes de la part de clients qui ne voulaient pas telle aide-m\u00e9nag\u00e8re parce qu\u2019elle \u00e9tait de telle origine. Nous ne pouvons pas accepter ces discriminations. Le label indiquera clairement que le respect de la diversit\u00e9 fait partie de nos valeurs.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, t\u00e9moigne C\u00e9line Laurent, directrice d\u2019Ac\u00e9lya.<\/p>\n<p>Eric Cabanne, Directeur de secteur Bruxelles\/Brabant d\u2019Eurobussing Brussels, filiale du groupe Keolis est ravi de recevoir un label diversit\u00e9 : <em>\u00ab\u00a0La mobilit\u00e9 nous concerne tous. Eurobussing s\u2019engage \u00e0 agir en faveur de la diversit\u00e9 sous toutes ses facettes. Par exemple, nous organisons des formations sp\u00e9cifiques pour nos chauffeurs de plus de 45 ans et des workshops interculturels pour notre personnel. Nous avons des retours tr\u00e8s positifs. Nous n\u2019en resterons donc pas l\u00e0 et nous allons voir avec Actiris comment nous pouvons encore renforcer notre strat\u00e9gie de promotion de la diversit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cathy Van Remoortere, Directrice du Service Diversit\u00e9 d\u2019Actiris : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous arrivons au cap des 100 labels diversit\u00e9 et nous pouvons nous en f\u00e9liciter. Au total, depuis le lancement de l\u2019initiative en 2008, 75 entreprises ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9es. Certaines ont inscrit leurs efforts dans la dur\u00e9e et ont pu renouveler leur label. Mais c\u2019est encore trop peu. Nous esp\u00e9rons que d\u2019autres entreprises nous rejoignent encore, pour am\u00e9liorer globalement le \u2018travailler-ensemble\u2019. La diversit\u00e9 ne doit plus \u00eatre un tabou au sein des organisations, mais une force.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les 75 entreprises labellis\u00e9es depuis 2008 sont des exemples \u00e0 suivre en mati\u00e8re de promotion de la diversit\u00e9. Pourtant, elles repr\u00e9sentent \u00e0 peine 0,2% du nombre total d\u2019entreprises bruxelloises. L\u2019ambition est donc de d\u00e9cupler leur nombre. Et ce, via notre strat\u00e9gie qui vise \u00e0 soutenir les entreprises souhaitant s\u2019inscrire dans cette dynamique.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, conclut le Ministre bruxellois de l\u2019Emploi Didier Gosuin.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Comment obtenir un label diversit\u00e9 ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape :<br \/>\nUn \u00e9tat des lieux de la diversit\u00e9 est \u00e9tabli au sein de l\u2019entreprise. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une \u00ab photographie \u00bb du personnel et une analyse de la situation de l\u2019entreprise en mati\u00e8re de diversit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape :<br \/>\nDes actions destin\u00e9es \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la situation de l\u2019entreprise en mati\u00e8re de diversit\u00e9 sont d\u00e9finies \u00e0 partir d\u2019un ou plusieurs des groupes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de la politique de diversit\u00e9 bruxelloise (origine, \u00e2ge, handicap, scolarit\u00e9 et genre) et les domaines d\u2019intervention (recrutement et s\u00e9lection, gestion du personnel, communication interne et positionnement externe).<\/p>\n<p>Troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tape :<br \/>\nAu terme de deux ans, la mise en \u0153uvre du plan diversit\u00e9 fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une \u00e9valuation. Si celle-ci est positive, l\u2019entreprise peut introduire une demande de label aupr\u00e8s de la R\u00e9gion. Le label est attribu\u00e9 par la\/le ministre de l&rsquo;Emploi de la R\u00e9gion de Bruxelles-Capitale aux employeurs qui reconnaissent, respectent et valorisent les diff\u00e9rences dans l&rsquo;environnement professionnel. Le label est valable deux ans durant lesquels l\u2019entreprise peut l\u2019utiliser librement dans toutes ses communications.
