En effet, selon le Barom\u00e8tre ManpowerGroup, les cr\u00e9ations d\u2019emploi devraient se poursuivre au cours des prochains mois. Elles concernent avant tout les grandes et les moyennes entreprises.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Selon le Barom\u00e8tre ManpowerGroup publi\u00e9 ce jour, les employeurs belges devraient continuer\u00a0\u00e0 cr\u00e9er des emplois au cours du 1er trimestre 2018. Au niveau national, 8% des 754 employeurs belges interrog\u00e9s fin octobre\u00a0par ManpowerGroup pr\u00e9voient de renforcer effectifs d\u2019ici la fin du mois de mars 2018, tandis que 6% pr\u00e9voient de les r\u00e9duire.\u00a083% des employeurs sond\u00e9s n\u2019anticipent pas de changement dans leur masse salariale. Apr\u00e8s correction des variations<\/p>\n<p>saisonni\u00e8res, la Pr\u00e9vision Nette d\u2019Emploi(*)\u00a0\u2013 ou le diff\u00e9rentiel entre le pourcentage d\u2019employeurs pr\u00e9voyant des embauches et\u00a0le pourcentage de ceux pr\u00e9voyant des licenciements \u2013 atteint la valeur positive de +2. C\u2019est une baisse de 1 point par rapport\u00a0au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent et de 4 points par rapport au 1er trimestre 2017.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cLes r\u00e9sultats de notre barom\u00e8tre nous permettent d\u2019aborder 2018 avec un certain optimisme. La tendance positive observ\u00e9e\u00a0tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2017 sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi devrait se poursuivre au cours du 1er trimestre 2018, m\u00eame si le rythme\u00a0des embauches devrait \u00eatre un peu moins soutenu.\u201d<\/em> explique Philippe Lacroix, Managing Director de ManpowerGroup BeLux.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cComme le soulignent diff\u00e9rents rapports, l\u2019\u00e9conomie belge, port\u00e9e par une conjoncture favorable et rendue plus comp\u00e9titive par\u00a0les mesures du gouvernement, aura cr\u00e9\u00e9 +58.000 emplois en Belgique en 2017, dont 7.800 sont directement attribuables au\u00a0tax shift. Le futur semble d\u00e9gag\u00e9 avec une estimation de 104.000 emplois cr\u00e9\u00e9s pour la p\u00e9riode 2017-2018. Ce renforcement\u00a0de la confiance des employeurs est \u00e9galement observ\u00e9e au niveau international. En effet, pour le deuxi\u00e8me trimestre cons\u00e9cutif\u00a0depuis la crise \u00e9conomique qui a frapp\u00e9 le monde en 2009, les pr\u00e9visions d\u2019embauche affich\u00e9es par les employeurs ne sont<\/em>\u00a0<em>n\u00e9gatives dans aucun des 43 pays et territoires sond\u00e9s.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pr\u00e9visions contrast\u00e9es au niveau r\u00e9gional<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les perspectives d\u2019emploi pour le prochain trimestre sont assez contrast\u00e9es au niveau r\u00e9gional. En Flandre, les employeurs se\u00a0montrent optimistes avec une Pr\u00e9vision Nette d\u2019Emploi (+5) en hausse de 3 points par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent et en\u00a0stagnation par rapport au 1er trimestre 2017. C\u2019est la prudence qui pr\u00e9domine en Wallonie (+1) : les intentions de recrutement\u00a0sont en recul de 3 points en comparaison trimestrielle et de 1 point en comparaison annuelle. A Bruxelles, la Pr\u00e9vision Nette\u00a0d\u2019Emploi se d\u00e9t\u00e9riore pour devenir n\u00e9gative (-2) pour la premi\u00e8re fois depuis le 4e\u00a0trimestre 2016. C\u2019est une forte baisse de 7\u00a0points par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent et de 10 points par rapport au 1er trimestre 2017.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Avant tout les grandes et moyennes entreprises<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les employeurs des trois des quatre segments d\u2019entreprise selon la taille de leurs effectifs anticipent une activit\u00e9 de\u00a0recrutement positive au cours du prochain trimestre. Seuls les employeurs des micro-entreprises (&lt; 10 travailleurs) pr\u00e9voient\u00a0une stagnation de l\u2019emploi. La confiance des employeurs se renforce en fonction de la taille de leurs effectifs : la Pr\u00e9vision Nette\u00a0d\u2019Emploi pour le 1er trimestre 2018 s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 +6 dans les petites entreprises (10-49 travailleurs), +19 dans les moyennes\u00a0entreprises (50-249 travailleurs) et +29 dans les grandes entreprises (\u2265 250 travailleurs).<\/p>\n<p>Les effectifs devraient \u00e9voluer \u00e0 la hausse dans 23 des 25 pays de la r\u00e9gion Europe, Moyen-Orient &amp; Afrique (EMEA) au\u00a0cours des trois premiers mois de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2018. Par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, la situation de l\u2019emploi conna\u00eet une\u00a0embellie dans 10 pays, tandis qu\u2019elle se d\u00e9t\u00e9riore dans dix pays et ne connait aucune \u00e9volution dans les cinq derniers. En\u00a0comparaison annuelle, la Pr\u00e9vision Nette d\u2019Emploi grimpe dans 14 pays, fl\u00e9chit dans huit autres et reste stable dans les\u00a0trois derniers. De toute la r\u00e9gion EMEA, c\u2019est en Roumanie et en Slov\u00e9nie (tous deux \u00e0 +17) que les perspectives\u00a0d\u2019embauche sont les plus encourageantes.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019activit\u00e9 de recrutement devrait rester stable en Allemagne (+5), tandis qu\u2019au\u00a0Royaume-Uni, le climat d\u2019incertitude que suscite actuellement le Brexit semble commence \u00e0 peser sur la confiance des\u00a0employeurs, si bien que la Pr\u00e9vision Nette d\u2019Emploi (+4) retombe \u00e0 son niveau le plus bas depuis le 4e trimestre 2012. Les employeurs aux Pays-Bas rapportent \u00e9galement une Pr\u00e9vision Nette d\u2019Emploi \u00e0 +4. En France (+2), les perspectives\u00a0d&#8217;emploi, quoique toujours positives, accusent un coup d\u2019arr\u00eat par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.
