C\u2019est ce qui ressort d\u2019une enqu\u00eate mondiale de Mercer, concernant l\u2019impact des mesures dans le domaine de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres.<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>Bien que les entreprises et les organisations aient consenti de nombreux efforts ces deux derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies en ce qui concerne l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement des hommes et des femmes, il y a proportionnellement peu de progr\u00e8s.  Par cons\u00e9quent, les femmes restent sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es aux postes \u00e0 responsabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises sont encore tr\u00e8s loin d\u2019une v\u00e9ritable \u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les sexes sur le lieu de travail.  Bien que les femmes repr\u00e9sentent \u00e0 travers le monde 41% de la population active, elles sont principalement pr\u00e9sentes dans des fonctions de support. Au niveau manag\u00e9rial, 36% des employ\u00e9s sont des femmes et seulement 26% des cadres sup\u00e9rieurs. Enfin, les postes de direction sont occup\u00e9s par des femmes dans 19% des cas. Au rythme actuel, dans dix ans, en Europe,  seul un tiers des postes de direction sera occup\u00e9 par des femmes. Et aux Etats-Unis et au Canada, \u00e0 peine un sur quatre.<\/p>\n<h2>Les programmes de recrutement standard ne fonctionnement pas<\/h2>\n<p>Le succ\u00e8s d\u2019une entreprise dans l\u2019utilisation des talents f\u00e9minins est avant tout une question de pouvoir recruter, d\u00e9velopper et conserver ces m\u00eames talents. C\u2019est l\u00e0 que le b\u00e2t blesse, selon l\u2019\u00e9tude.  Le probl\u00e8me est que les entreprises recrutent des talents f\u00e9minins via des programmes standard et ne voient donc pas les conditions de travail sp\u00e9cifiques pour les besoins et les exigences des femmes.  Ainsi, par exemple, les femmes vivent plus longtemps, sont affect\u00e9es d\u2019autres maladies que les hommes et sont plus souvent impliqu\u00e9es dans des soins aux membres de leur famille. Leur revenu total accumul\u00e9 sur une vie est par cons\u00e9quent plus faible. Les employeurs devraient mieux en ternir compte, souligne l\u2019\u00e9tude.<\/p>\n<h2>5 points pour une plus grande \u00e9galit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude met en lumi\u00e8re 5 points d\u2019attention pour que les entreprises puissent arriver \u00e0 court et \u00e0 long terme \u00e0 une meilleure \u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes sur le lieu de travail.<\/p>\n<p>1. Le top management doit promouvoir activement l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes.<\/p>\n<p>2. Le recrutement et la gestion actifs des talents f\u00e9minins conduit \u00e0 une meilleure diversit\u00e9 sur le lieu de travail que les programmes passifs et traditionnels. Cela inclut \u00e9galement une analyse des diff\u00e9rences salariales pour les m\u00eames fonctions, l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux actions et un coaching proactif des femmes.<\/p>\n<p>3. Avec les programmes non traditionnels, les entreprises doivent  pr\u00eater attention aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques des femmes en mati\u00e8re de finances et de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>4. Les entreprises doivent adopter une approche large et holistique vis-\u00e0-vis des talents f\u00e9minins.<\/p>\n<p>5.
