L&rsquo;\u00e9dition 2018 de l&rsquo;Employment Flexibility Index vient d&rsquo;\u00eatre publi\u00e9e et identifie les \u00e9conomies\/march\u00e9s offrant le plus de solutions adaptables en mati\u00e8re de recrutement, horaires, co\u00fbts du travail et conditions de licenciement. La France, le Luxembourg et le Portugal figurent en bas de ce classement des 28 pays de l&rsquo;Union Europ\u00e9enne.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;index met en \u00e9vidence l&rsquo;impact \u00e9conomique n\u00e9gatif de la rigidit\u00e9 du march\u00e9 du travail, passant notamment par un plus haut taux de ch\u00f4mage, une productivit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite ainsi qu&rsquo;un dynamisme moindre en ce qui concerne la cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;emplois et la mobilit\u00e9 professionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Les divergences constat\u00e9es entre les pays de l&rsquo;Union Europ\u00e9enne semblent indiquer que la flexibilit\u00e9 est &lsquo;rentable&rsquo; puisque les pays en pointe pr\u00e9sentent de meilleurs taux d&#8217;emploi ainsi qu&rsquo;un endettement clairement inf\u00e9rieur.\u00a0Par ailleurs, les tentatives d&rsquo;\u00e9laboration d&rsquo;une politique unique \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle europ\u00e9enne ne devraient profiter ni aux travailleurs ni aux employeurs.<\/p>\n<p>Le march\u00e9 du travail danois, figurant au premier rang de ce classement, ne pr\u00e9sente aucune restriction quant aux modalit\u00e9s d&rsquo;engagement, au travail de nuit ou au recours aux heures suppl\u00e9mentaires. Ces dispositions sont par ailleurs le fruit de conventions collectives issues de la concertation sociale et non de d\u00e9cisions gouvernementales.<br \/>\nLe march\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais se situe en queue de peloton compte tenu de la complexit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;abondance des r\u00e8glements et des dispositions en mati\u00e8re de licenciement notamment.<\/p>\n<p>Le Danemark atteint un score &lsquo;exceptionnel&rsquo; de 96,9, tandis que la France occupe le dernier rang avec un index \u00e9valu\u00e9 \u00e0 39,4.
