Les Echos reprennent une \u00e9tude du cabinet d\u2019\u00e9tudes Morar Consulting qui a interrog\u00e9 plus de 25.000 personnes dans 12 pays sur leurs habitudes en mati\u00e8re de travail mobile. Apr\u00e8s le Br\u00e9sil, c\u2019est en Inde que les salari\u00e9s pratiquent le plus le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail : 43% en profitent souvent et 35% de temps en temps. Enfin, c\u2019est l\u2019Australie qui compl\u00e8te le podium des pays ayant le plus recours au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail va-t-il devenir la norme dans les entreprises ? En tout cas, les situations varient beaucoup selon le pays et l\u2019\u00e2ge des salari\u00e9s&#8230;<br \/>\nLes Br\u00e9siliens sont les champions du monde du travail mobile, ou t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. 80% travaillent souvent ou de temps en temps en-dehors du bureau, chez eux ou dans un autre lieu (caf\u00e9, biblioth\u00e8que, parc\u2026). C\u2019est ce qui ressort de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude men\u00e9e pour l\u2019entreprise Polycom, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les solutions de visioconf\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Evolution rapide.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Au total, pr\u00e8s des deux tiers des salari\u00e9s dans le monde travaillent parfois \u00e0 distance. <em>\u201cPar rapport aux 14% enregistr\u00e9s en mai 2012, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une \u00e9volution remarquable et relativement rapide des modes de travail\u201d<\/em>, note l\u2019\u00e9tude.<\/p>\n<p>Les plus en retard sont les salari\u00e9s japonais : seuls 20% d\u2019entre eux ont recours au travail mobile. Marqu\u00e9es par une forte culture du pr\u00e9sent\u00e9isme, les entreprises japonaises ne semblent pas avoir encore int\u00e9gr\u00e9 cette nouvelle mani\u00e8re de travailler.<\/p>\n<p>Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail est plus r\u00e9pandu parmi les salari\u00e9s fran\u00e7ais, mais reste\u00a0encore en-dessous de la moyenne puisque seuls 57% d\u2019entre eux pratiquent de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9guli\u00e8re ou ponctuelle le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Pire encore, les Fran\u00e7ais sont les plus nombreux \u00e0 d\u00e9clarer que leur entreprise ne propose pas du tout de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. C&rsquo;est le cas pour 33% d&rsquo;entre eux, contre seulement 10% des Br\u00e9siliens, 15% des Allemands et 20% des Britanniques.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Un atout majeur pour la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 du pays, l\u2019\u00e2ge a aussi un impact sur l\u2019adoption du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. En effet, 70% des 18-30 ans travaillent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement en dehors du bureau, contre \u00e0 peine 51% des 45-60 ans. Un \u00e9cart qui s\u2019explique sans doute, en partie, par le type d\u2019entreprises dans lequel les salari\u00e9s travaillent. En effet, seulement 15% des millenials d\u00e9clarent travailler pour un employeur qui ne propose pas le travail mobile, contre 36% pour les 45-60 ans. Les millenials sont de fait surrepr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans le secteur de la tech, potentiellement plus ouvert \u00e0 ces nouvelles formes de travail.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux g\u00e9n\u00e9rations ont \u00e9galement des perceptions un peu diff\u00e9rentes vis-\u00e0-vis des avantages li\u00e9s au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. Si tous citent en premier un meilleur \u00e9quilibre vie professionnelle\/vie priv\u00e9e, les 45-60 ans voient aussi le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail comme un moyen de s\u2019\u00e9pargner le stress des allers-retours domicile-bureau, quand les 18-30 ans y voient surtout une mani\u00e8re de gagner du temps de loisir.<\/p>\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des risques li\u00e9s au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, les millenials ont aussi une approche relativement diff\u00e9rente. Ainsi, 66% d\u2019entre eux redoutent que leurs coll\u00e8gues pensent qu\u2019ils ne travaillent pas suffisamment lorsqu\u2019ils ne sont pas au bureau, les plus \u00e2g\u00e9s ne sont que 50% \u00e0 avoir cette crainte.
