Et donc, sur proposition du ministre de l&rsquo;Emploi Kris Peeters et de la ministre des Affaires sociales Maggie De Block, le Conseil des ministres a approuv\u00e9 deux projets d&rsquo;arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal concernant un certain nombre d&rsquo;avantages accord\u00e9s par l&#8217;employeur, comme l&rsquo;indemnit\u00e9 v\u00e9lo ou l&rsquo;avantage pour PC, t\u00e9l\u00e9phones mobiles et tablettes.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le premier projet tente d&rsquo;encourager l&rsquo;utilisation du v\u00e9lo pour les d\u00e9placements domicile-lieu de travail en pr\u00e9voyant :<br \/>\n&#8211; une indemnit\u00e9 v\u00e9lo pour les v\u00e9los avec assistance au p\u00e9dalage jusqu\u2019\u00e0 45 km\/h;<br \/>\n&#8211; la mise \u00e0 disposition d&rsquo;un v\u00e9lo et ses accessoires, y compris les frais d&rsquo;entretien et d&rsquo;entreposage;<br \/>\nCes deux avantages seront d\u00e9sormais \u00e9galement exon\u00e9r\u00e9s de cotisations sociales.<\/p>\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me projet a pour objectif de revoir \u00e0 la baisse, tenant compte de la baisse du co\u00fbt, le montant de l\u2019avantage de l\u2019utilisation \u00e0 des fins personnelles d\u2019un PC, d&rsquo;une tablette ou d&rsquo;un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone mobile mis gratuitement \u00e0 disposition par l\u2019employeur.<\/p>\n<p>A partir du 1er janvier 2018, la valeur des avantages est forfaitairement fix\u00e9e \u00e0 :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 72 euros par an pour un PC fixe ou portable<br \/>\n&#8211; 36 euros par an pour une tablette ou un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone mobile<br \/>\n&#8211; 60 euros par an pour une connexion internet, peu importe le nombre d&rsquo;appareils qui y sont connect\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p>Les projets sont transmis pour avis au Conseil d&rsquo;Etat.<\/p>\n<p><em>Projet d&rsquo;arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal modifiant l&rsquo;article 19, \u00a7 2, de l&rsquo;arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal du 28 novembre 1969 pris en ex\u00e9cution de la loi du 27 juin 1969 r\u00e9visant l&rsquo;arr\u00eat\u00e9-loi du 28 d\u00e9cembre 1944 concernant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale des travailleurs (indemnit\u00e9 de v\u00e9lo)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Projet d\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal modifiant l\u2019article 20, \u00a7 2, 2\u00b0, de l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal du 28 novembre 1969 pris en ex\u00e9cution de la loi du 27 juin 1969 r\u00e9visant l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9-loi du 28 d\u00e9cembre 1944 concernant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale des travailleurs (avantage pc, internet, t\u00e9l\u00e9phone mobile et tablette)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Source : SPF Chancellerie du Premier Ministre<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le gouvernement souhaite adapter les montants des avantages accord\u00e9s par l&#8217;employeur en fonction d&rsquo;autres priorit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques, dont la mobilit\u00e9 et les progr\u00e8s enregistr\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de connectivit\u00e9.
