Il en ressort que les destinations favorites des Belges sont, dans l\u2019ordre de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence, la France, le Canada et le Luxembourg. Objectifs du voyage : \u00e9largir les horizons et acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles exp\u00e9riences.<!--more--><\/div>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate portait sur 200.000 personnes de par le monde, parmi lesquelles 1282 Belges.<\/p>\n<h2>39% des Belges sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 s\u2019expatrier<\/h2>\n<p>De toutes les personnes interrog\u00e9es, 12% r\u00e9sidaient \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger au moment du sondage, 17% se sont dites enti\u00e8rement d\u2019accord avec l\u2019affirmation selon laquelle elles \u00e9taient dispos\u00e9es \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, 22% \u00e9taient d\u2019accord, 18% n\u2019avaient pas d\u2019opinion, 14% n\u2019\u00e9taient pas d\u2019accord et 16% ne souhaitaient absolument pas partir travailler \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n<p>A la lumi\u00e8re de ces chiffres, les Belges ne se retrouvent pas dans le peloton de t\u00eate des personnes avides de voyages. Au niveau mondial, le nombre moyen de personnes dispos\u00e9es \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger se situe \u00e0 63,8% (ceux qui r\u00e9sident d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger compris). Pour la Belgique, la m\u00eame addition donne un r\u00e9sultat de 51%.<\/p>\n<h2>Partir : pour quelle raisons ?<\/h2>\n<p>Au niveau belge, les 5 raisons principales pour travailler \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger sont, dans l\u2019ordre de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence, une proposition d\u2019emploi globalement attrayante (65%), la possibilit\u00e9 de vivre dans une autre culture (60%), la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019accumuler de nouvelles exp\u00e9riences (58%), acqu\u00e9rir une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle (58%), un d\u00e9fi pour soi-m\u00eame (48%).<\/p>\n<p>Au niveau mondial, les causes invoqu\u00e9es sont dans l\u2019ordre: acqu\u00e9rir une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle (65%), accumuler de nouvelles exp\u00e9riences (65%), de meilleures perspectives de carri\u00e8re (59%), une proposition d\u2019emploi globalement attrayante (58%), de meilleures perspectives salariales (56%).<\/p>\n<h2>Les Belges veulent partir en France<\/h2>\n<p>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 demand\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les Belges dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger dans quel pays ils pr\u00e9f\u00e8reraient travailler. Le top 3 est constitu\u00e9 de : la France (38%), le Canada (31%), le Luxembourg (31%). Le classement des pays o\u00f9 l\u2019on aimerait travailler pour le monde est bien entendu diff\u00e9rent du top3 des Belges. On y trouve globalement les Etats-Unis en 1, le Royaume-Uni en 2 et le Canada en 3e position.<\/p>\n<h2>D\u2019abord l\u2019acquisition d\u2019exp\u00e9riences<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude  montre que ce n\u2019est pas l\u2019argent qui motive les Belges \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger (facteur d\u00e9terminant pour seulement 41%). Le Belge souhaite surtout accumuler de nouvelles exp\u00e9riences et d\u00e9couvrir d\u2019autres cultures. L\u2019exp\u00e9rience est un bien de plus en plus pr\u00e9cieux.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, pour le Belge, il est important de trouver un \u00e9quilibre entre vie priv\u00e9e te vie professionnelle.
