Pour cela, les RH et People Managers sont les premiers (les seuls ?) \u00e0 se poser la question \u00e0 plusieurs millions d\u2019euros qui consistent \u00e0 savoir ce que veulent les gens\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Chaque ann\u00e9e, une nouvelle proposition \u00e9merge et concentre les \u00e9nergies. Celle qui nous dit : <em>\u00ab Voil\u00e0, nous y sommes. Nous avons enfin compris. Ce que veulent les travailleurs au plus profond d\u2019eux-m\u00eames, c\u2019est ceci ! \u00bb<\/em><br \/>\nPeu importe le concept phare, en fait : Empowerment, bien-\u00eatre ou bonheur, d\u00e9veloppement personnel, responsabilisation, engagement soci\u00e9tal\u2026 C\u2019est la tendance du moment.<br \/>\nBien s\u00fbr, avec le recul et les ann\u00e9es qui s\u2019encha\u00eenent, difficile de s\u2019emp\u00eacher de sourire face \u00e0 la succession des concepts r\u00e9volutionnaires et nouveaux paradigmes qui bousculent les 1001 fa\u00e7ons d\u2019assurer le management humain dans l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Le constat n\u2019est pas aussi cynique qu\u2019il pourrait para\u00eetre. Il y a une dimension vertueuse dans cette dynamique de renouvellement. Globalement, nos connaissances augmentent et les initiatives qui naissent au fil du temps permettent maintenir en \u00e9veil nos intelligences.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, nous pouvons reconna\u00eetre qu\u2019\u00e0 force de r\u00e9pondre, ann\u00e9e apr\u00e8s ann\u00e9e, de mani\u00e8re diff\u00e9rente \u00e0 la question portant sur les attentes des travailleurs, il est probable que nous passions \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la vraie r\u00e9ponse. Pourtant, il suffit de poser la question \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des travailleurs que nous rencontrons pour savoir ce qui leur manque au quotidien. Et le plus \u00e9tonnant dans tout cela, c\u2019est que ceux-ci, dans un formidable \u00e9lan de g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9, n\u2019ont aucune peine \u00e0 nous r\u00e9pondre lorsque nous tentons de comprendre ce dont ils ont vraiment besoin pour se r\u00e9aliser pleinement\u2026 Vous voulez savoir ? Vraiment ?&#8230; Nos collaborateurs ont besoin de temps.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La seule denr\u00e9e limit\u00e9e.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rine que \u00e7a ! Le temps est la seule variable parfaitement in\u00e9lastique dans notre quotidien. La seule ressource vraiment limit\u00e9e\u2026 Et c\u2019est cela que veulent les travailleurs, cadres et ouvriers, dirigeants et syndicalistes, hommes et femmes,\u2026 Oui, ils veulent du temps, plus de temps. Pour quoi faire ?<\/p>\n<p>En premier lieu, du temps pour soi. Chacun est le propre gestionnaire de son bien-\u00eatre et de son bonheur, \u00e9videmment, \u00e0 condition de ne pas s\u2019oublier aux d\u00e9pens de toutes les autres priorit\u00e9s qui envahissent nos journ\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, du temps pour les autres \u2013 pour nos proches, notre famille, nos amis, nos coll\u00e8gues, nos partenaires\u2026 &#8211; car c\u2019est au-travers de nos relations que nous nous r\u00e9alisons.<\/p>\n<p>Et enfin, du temps pour travailler aussi ! Il s\u2019agit de retrouver de la qualit\u00e9 dans les t\u00e2ches que nous menons, de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une r\u00e9elle concentration lorsqu\u2019il est fait appel aux comp\u00e9tences qui sont les n\u00f4tres, d\u2019injecter de la nuance voire de la complexit\u00e9 aussi dans nos id\u00e9es et nos \u2018strat\u00e9gies\u2019\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, une c\u00e9l\u00e8bre marque automobile annon\u00e7ait de mani\u00e8re assez juste : <em>\u00ab Le vrai luxe, c\u2019est l\u2019espace. \u00bb<\/em> Vous l\u2019avez compris, nous vous invitons \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 ceci. Il est tr\u00e8s probable que nous soyons pass\u00e9s dans l\u2019autre dimension. Le temps est plus pr\u00e9cieux que jamais et chacun de nos collaborateurs en a bel et bien conscience.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9fi est immense.<br \/>\nEn effet, nous sommes press\u00e9s de toutes parts.<br \/>\nNous sommes plong\u00e9s dans l\u2019urgence par les pr\u00e9visions alarmistes plus ou moins fond\u00e9es.<br \/>\nCertaines sont incontestables, les bouleversements climatiques par exemple.<br \/>\nD\u2019autres reposent sur des hypoth\u00e8ses non v\u00e9rifi\u00e9es, telles que le remplacement de la plupart des jobs par l\u2019Intelligence Artificielle ou l\u2019\u00e9mergence de nouvelles fonctions qui n\u2019existent pas encore ! Et il faudrait que nous prenions notre temps alors que tous nos environnements, priv\u00e9s et professionnels sont devenus autant de \u2018plateformes br\u00fblantes\u2019?<\/p>\n<p>(Re-)trouver du temps est une grande utopie dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui n\u2019est m\u00eame plus celle de l\u2019imm\u00e9diat, puisqu\u2019elle est carr\u00e9ment devenue celle de l\u2019urgence!<br \/>\nMais bon\u2026 Nous entrons dans la p\u00e9riode des f\u00eates de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e, propice \u00e0 toutes les formes de g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9. Pensons donc \u00e0 offrir du temps \u00e0 celles et ceux qui nous entourent. Ce n\u2019est pas une simple question d\u2019argent. Le temps, aujourd\u2019hui, repr\u00e9sente avant tout la possibilit\u00e9 de penser et de construire un avenir meilleur, de r\u00e9parer ce que nous avons ab\u00eem\u00e9, de se r\u00e9jouir de ce que nous avons r\u00e9ussi. Le temps, c\u2019est la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape vers l\u2019extase.
